One great experience for a work on your house so important. The quality of the windows and installation are amazing but most importantly what Buckley Window provided me with was addressing every single concern I had and being so responsive all the time to my entire satisfaction. Buckley window company is incredible. Robert or the office assistant Marianne responded to all emails, texts & calls promptly. They answered all my questions with courtesy & professionalism. I never felt as if I was an intrusion on their day but was treated as the valued customer other businesses only give lip-service to. I dealt with Robbie in the office who came out to both site to provide pricing and options then had direct contact with the project manager while the job was taking place. Beware, This is possible the worst window business I have dealt with ever. The customer service is non-existent. The attitude is whatever. Before you put your money down and order anything from them check around!

Buckley Window did an incredible job installing new slider windows, I was replacing my old jalousie windows (see a few before-and-after pics). They make my house look 20 years younger! Their quote was very competitive, and a neighbor has referred me who was very pleased with their work. I Highly recommend!

If you're unfortunate enough to be at the beginning of your learning curve for purchasing impact windows and doors, you can save yourself some time and trouble by using Buckley Window Corp. We started with them at the beginning of our three-month search to find the right company. We fully checked out four other companies as well. Ultimately, we decided to use Buckley for a number of reasons.

Their references checked out; their salesperson Robby was no-drama and low-key, and they're a locally-owned businesses with offices and a showroom where you can actually walk in and meet the people and see the product. Here's why we're glad we made that decision: their crew are their employees (not subbed out.) They were meticulous, clean and professional. We're cautious by nature, but we felt completely comfortable leaving them unattended.

And when something went wayyy wrong (not their fault), they worked closely with us to make things right. Some companies might not have been so generous. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED: For anyone starting the process or for anyone who feels they've just about made their decision to go with someone else - give these folks a call first. My family is very happy with our new impact windows and doors. Took 12 weeks before an installation date could be made, but the owner did tell me it would take that long due to other jobs. Well worth the wait. Both installers were professional and hard working. My house was kept very clean. The installers accommodated my schedule since I have two small children. Our house looks so modern, clean, and bigger now. Highly recommended!

Where do I start. Family business that doesn't care about service as they said they are very busy! 6 weeks window install turned into 6 month nightmare. So many problems and issues but the biggest issue was their lack of communication. Almost impossible to get them to respond or callback and when they did, the Mother and son were defensive and blamed everyone else. They have been banned from our Condo tower by management. Do not use them!

After having Buckley Window Corp. install all our PTG impact windows and doors in our second home in South Florida home I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. The workers couldn't have been more professional. Installation was impeccable. No hassles over having them set up installation & after inspections. We were so pleased we asked if they would install windows for our elderly Mom's condo. They did the job and she was extremely satisfied that's why we gave them the five stars.

I read the reviews on google versus here before i used Buckley windows. i didnt even realize YELP did anything other than restaurants lol. The reviews on google seems a lot more balanced. I had a good experience with Ryan Buckley and team. Had new windows installed in new construction. I only removed a star because they dont offer door and window buck installation. Overall, very possible experience. Ryan even recommended a different window configuration to save me money! Good guys.

I most commonly use YELP for great restaurants and paying compliments to companies with great customer service. I find it most useful when I look up any random company that I use or plan to use and in this case. I'm glad I did. I think this is a 'family' business so sadly, nobody will be let go or asked to resign. As we head into hurricane season and you need windows or anything window related that Buckley offers, I recommend you do your homework and find your services elsewhere.

I did use Buckley and unfortunately I regret it. The lack of customer service, follow through and follow up is HORRIBLE. It pretty much stinks when I had to contact another window company to fix the mistakes that this company made. Each time I tried to get someone from their office to respond, they failed. The woman on the phone even told me 'I promise to call you back no matter what today' THE CALL NEVER CAME. Do yourself a favor and call Keenan and get the quality and follow up you need in South Florida.

Rob who is not family set up my window/door installation. Son Ryan called when dad/owner who is the only one who can measure doors/windows was going to be late. We asked how late since we took the day off work. He screamed like a little girl at us about his dads health and he would be there when he could. Dad came to house we complained about Ryan dad laughed.

We didn't know why dad was going to be late. Workers came late to install, rude rude woman at front desk-mother said if we didn't have two days to install she was going to cancel right now. Wait Rob had been told 5 times we only had one day to install and it was no problem. Installers didn't speak English. Made a mess of the place. Broken glass/window pieces/metal everywhere in the yard and home.

They had a wet vac and tarps guess they don't want to use it. Made a complaint about all the damage and that I wanted money off my bill. Things got escalated. Dad/owner sent a super nasty email to us.used the f word and said pay the bill. Only took money off for 2 cat beds full of glass. HORRIBLE place. Family run is sooo rude and money hungry don't care about the huge mess I am still cleaning up in my yard. BEWARE!

I am doing a total home remodel-- 1 patio 9 window 3 service doors. My Window installation guy gave me Buckley window to go look at the styles on hand. I called Buckley window and their hours are 8 -5 no nights or weekends. I explained the problem that I am at work the same time and asked if they could stay late one night or come in for an hour on Saturday? Was told NO. So if a $20000.00 order is not worth an hour of their time, then I guess we ALL need to be in the window and door replacement business.

Poor service. Fair-poor installation. Damage to interior and exterior of home. No accountability for workmanship. No communication post sale. Would not recommend.
