Called to order 1 replacement window that was supposed to have a lifetime warranty. They took all info and promised me a call back! That was last week!

We have replaced just about every window in our home with Fairview. Owner Bob Dutton was very professional when he came out several times to our home for measurements and his installers were very polite and professional. They always came on time and cleaned up after them selves. We would highly recommend Bob and his crew.

I've been a home owner for over 12 years and have never had someone come that we hired come into my house and be so insulting. First the installers show up without having all of the screws necessary to install my storm door (they installed it and said that someone would come back later to put in the missing screws). Not a big issue. We had agreed that on the same day that my storm door was being installed that they would also change my patio screen to a more durable pet screen.

My mother was in the house and mentioned that she didn't think the "gate"screen that they brought was going to fit the installer said "What? Do you have a ruler in your eyes?". Then the installer made another rude comment to her about how he's good with his eyes and knows how to measure things. The installer said that they would have to take my screen door back to the shop to have it changed to the pet screen.

The installer said that someone would "drop it off" tomorrow. I asked if they could put it back in it's place (as he said that they would just drop it off). The installer said "I guess they can, but you really need to learn how to do this type of thing by yourself, especially if you want to be a homeowner"! Excuse me!?!? I'm not sure if he made this comment because I'm a woman or if he just lacks the social skills necessary to work with people.

Clearly he didn't think out his rude comments and sexist remark because if everyone knew how to install their own doors he wouldn't have a job. Although I had a positive experience when I was at the store selecting my door I would never use this company again because of how rude and straight up insulting the installer was to me and my mother.

Fairview home improvement came out and replaced my exterior door next to my garage back in December. Not only does my door look great, but they had an extra challenge to size a new door in a off size, rotting frame. They did it and it looks and works great. Had multiple colors and styles to choose from. Bob the sales rep was responsive to my calls and the installers were friendly and prompt. They also sent a worker out to replace trim around garage and window. Again, a great job and Mark was friendly and prompt. Prices were reasonable.

Gutters were put on a couple months ago, and during heavy rain, a leak inside the house above a window happened. The original install is great. When we called on December 30th, busy holiday time, Bob came out within an hour to check on it! It was not the gutters, it was the newly installed roof! Ugh! Fantastic service by Fairview Home Improvement and no complaints!

They put new gutters on our house after a got moving truck ripped of e the old ones. Professional, quick, clean workmanship.

We hired Fairview Home Improvement to renovate our home and garage with new vinyl siding and new gutters. Bob Dutton and his team performed a first class job. They completed everything we asked them to do even designing an address plate for our house. The job was completed to our satisfaction. Mr. Dutton conducted himself in a professional manner and was always reliable and honest. The workers did a great job and cleaned up neatly. The work was completed in a timely manner per the agreement. I would highly recommend Fairview Home Improvement.

Received outstanding support and Customer Service on an issue I had with a defect on my windows. Fairview Home Improvement went to bat with the window manufacturer to ensure issue was resolved. This type of support is the reason why I choose Fairview Home Improvement. They are the best!

Bob Dutton and his team did incredible work installing new siding on our house. They went above and beyond and really did a nice job. We also had them repair part of our gutter and clean the gutters as well. All of the work was done quickly and efficiently and at a very fair price. We'll be using Bob and Fairview Home Improvement again in the future.

Called at the beginning of September for a quote. After two weeks I called them back and the estimate was still not done. Finally after calling them a week after that they gave me a price and said they'd be out within two weeks. Two weeks go by and we hear nothing, so I call them again. Guy I spoke to did not seem to care much and got short with me and said he'd be out the next week. Friday of the next week rolls around and still no Fairview Home Improvement.

When we told them this they still did not seem to care, so we informed them we'd go with someone else. They gave us the run around for almost two months and did not seem to care one bit. I've worked general contracting on and off for ten years and understand that smaller jobs are pushed to the back of the queue, but their lack of communication and complete uncaring nature of performing the work they said they would was very unprofessional.

If you're unable to do the job just say so, don't blow the customer off for a month and a half and then get short with them for the next two weeks when they question why you didn't follow through on what you said you would do.

Had Fairview Home Improvement install new french doors and storm doors, new insulated siding from Alside, new trim around all windows and doors, new gutters and downspouts and new awnings. Everything came out amazing. Dealt with Bob Polk through the whole experience and really appreciated that there was no high pressure sales whatsoever, and that I was given time to research and make my decision without being hassled about it.

The doors were installed in a matter of hours, same with the new awnings and the siding, trim and gutters took only 4 days to complete. I was amazed at how quickly everything was done and appreciated the installers hanging the siding in near freezing temperatures. Plus the house looked amazing upon completion and the yard was free of trash and debris.

There was one small issue with one of the awnings that was handled very promptly and professionally by Bob. I will definitely be contacting Fairview for future home improvement needs and highly recommend them to anyone looking for professional service and quality products at an affordable price.
