My wife and I had been thinking about getting hurricane impact window and doors for a while now! It just so happens my brother-in-law had Vico window install all of his window and doors a while back! Wow what beautiful window and doors! He was very pleased with the outcome of the work! Well we decided to go with Vico and just recently had our window and doors installed!

Beautiful window and doors transformed our home to another level of beauty! Vico was professional and helpful throughout the process! The installers have been with Vico for many years! Very professional and responsible bussiness. After couple estimates and frustractions and with some specific design for one of my windows; the wait(covids fault) resulted in and excellent and total satisfaction, neat work and oriented, organized employees.

Vico professionally installed a PGT hurricane sliding door at my home and did a great job! The fit was so precise that there was no need for stucco or paint repair inside or out.

Vico installed my impact windows from the ordering process, pulling a permit they were so efficient Wendy in the office is so nice, the installers did a great job, clean as they installed, there were very pleasant - Great job I highly recommend them!

The name my recent experience was under was MW Rentals LLC and my name Michael Wilke. I used Vico a number of years ago and could not have been happier. I have told many people about them and decided to use them on a new Renovation project. They were difficult to work with on a permitted job. Only 1 person could answer questions when info was needed for the permit and he was not always available.

They specked windows which were not to code and several times could not really remember our project at all and had to play catch up. In the middle of the project after we signed off they raised the price substantially without telling us. And the worst, when we said we were ready to go they told and permit was close we were told that they didn't know www were serious and that windows were 12 weeks out.

I would not recommend them on any job if you are using a GC and need to pull permits. They put my project behind by months, and they cost me more engineering costs as we were forced to fire them. I simply could not trust them to hold up my project any longer.

Rude and unprofessional adm department. It was a blessing we did not order from them, got a product in less than half the lead time too and with an architect's discount to boot. Better alfits out there. And got a new price for 30 percent less! Loose this number! Google other companies and you get professionals.

Vico windows are the Best! From Rocky and Wendy in the office, to the installers, Sergio, andCory, it has been a very pleasant experience dealing with them! Just installed all new custom impact windows for the entire house and we are very satisfied with the finished product. There are always going to be thing that don't go quite right. Vico response and do there best to accommodate! Highly recommend!

Had vico install impact windows in my entire house. From sales, to contract to installation everything was very professional and efficient. They were friendly and available to answer any questions I had throughout the process. Would definitely recommend, thanks for a job well done!

Great job, after 4 years, noticed some fogging on my insulated impact doors. Without hassle, sent new panels and replaced my sliders for just the price of labor. I could not be happier with their level of professionalism, and service. The new doors look great. The removal and installation was clean and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Vico Windows to anyone needing an honest and reliable company. Alan and Kyle were the installers who came out today and did a stellar job.

Vico has one of the better reputations in town and it is well deserved. We found them to be prompt, extremely professional and very fair in their pricing. We found out the hard way with another company that the quality of the installation is what you are paying for.and that doesn't show up on a quote. We would use Vico again without hesitation.
