I'm and interior designer who simply needs a quote for my client to replace her hurricane windows. Eddy came out to the house over a month ago and I still have ZERO correspondence. It's upsetting because I have had them quote once before previously and they had the quote to me in under a week for that project. The issue is I have been following up via email and even phone calls directly to the company and I still have no quote and zero correspondence. Eddy does not even reply back to my emails.
Extremely dissatisfied with the lack of customer service, forget customer service, even responsiveness. Totally unprofessional and at this point rude enough for me to write a review. We will see if they get around to the quote now. It's been a month and a half already and needless to say my client is extremely frustrated as am I. Complete waste of time and energy.
