We are so pleased with our new high impact sliding glass doors purchased from and installed by TISW! The difference in style and function is truly amazing. Not only are the window doors incredibly strong, but they are beautiful. The way they block the outside noise is something we hadn't fully considered, and the difference is something we are loving.
We just never noticed how loud the outside traffic was, and we are on the 11th floor! Anthony was a pleasure to work with, and John, the installer, was a true craftsman. He and his workers covered EVERYTHING in the surrounding area so tightly there was hardly anything to sweep up. The little dust there was didn't matter because they were there sweeping and vacuuming as soon as it hit the floor.
They worked without stop all day for 3 days until the job was completed. I recommend TISW without any qualifiers and will be telling the other owners in our condo to be sure to use this company. They are as they advertise!

This service oriented business was perfect from start to finish. I am not used to this kind of service in Miami so to my surprise the experience was far beyond my expectations. Tony, Anthony, Jessica and the team were always available, ahead of schedule in everything, and able to fix any situation that arose. They helped me choose the best product for our needs, we are thrilled with our new windows and doors that are soundproof, so easy to open and close, and beautiful to look at. TISW is awesome. I had windows installed at my restaurant and the product is excellent. On top of that, the service I received was top notch. TISW was responsive, well organized, and easy to coordinate with. They made the process seamless and I'll definitely come back / recommend this place to others.
