All American replaced the springs on my garage door. They did it in a timely manner (showed up when they said they would) and offered competitive pricing. The tech Angelo was kind and respectful, he even left 1 of the springs that was still good here for us instead of taking it and giving it to a future client. 10/10 recommend

Most disrespectful people work here. Don't buy from here unless you enjoy being given attitude and having nobody show up when they say they will. They make it seem as if they did you a favor by selling you a garage door. Make sure you stand next to them while they are working on your property because if they break something there modo is "deny, deny, deny!"

I called All American last week to schedule an appointment to fix an electrical issue with my garage door and they came promptly on saturday morning. I explained to them what was going on with the electric and how the door wasnt opening and closing properly, and they addressed the issue immediately. Their repairman was very nice and got the job done quick. I havent had any issues since they came out here. I recommend All American to my friends and family. Very happy with their customer service.

Set up my appointment a week ago a service I have used before they told me today that they couldn't come because I lived too far and that they called Tuesday. No they did not. Than the lady started speaking Spanish which I do not speak, gave me attitude and hung up the phone. So obviously I call back and try to rectify the situation and ask to speak to a manager, conviently the manager is stuck in traffic. Of course he is. Don't use this company, what a joke.

Customer service / dispatch desk has no idea what is going on. Logged a call, no response for hours. Called back and was told i needed to call my homebuilder when my house was built in 04. They then asked me for my address AGAIN. I immediately called another outfit after ordering the part i needed. Poor marks all around.

An absolute disgrace. They installed a new garage door and opener at my house and did such a bad job the trolley-to-door attachment point broke six weeks later and the door fell. They have since missed multiple appointments to fix the issue. I don't know if they are licensed but if so it should be revoked. Do yourself a favor and don't just walk but RUN away from this company and go elsewhere.
