Tex-Lam Manufacturing, Inc., is located at 7219 Stuebner Airline Road just north of downtown Houston, Texas. Tex-Lam has been manufacturing toilet partitions and selling related products since 1970. We manufacture our products to our customers' specifications using the latest technology available while constantly maintaining the highest quality standards in the industry.
Tex-Lam's High-Pressure Decorative Laminate (HPDL) Toilet Compartments are manufactured to order in a two to three-week lead time. We allow you the ability to choose your design from any of the major laminate manufacturers and can accommodate special hardware or special type cores. All doors have a standard finished thickness of 7/8-inch, laminated with +/-.048 High Pressure Decorative Laminate (HPDL) meeting or exceeding NEMA LD 3 - 2000 standards.The doors are bonded under pressure with an approved adhesive to a solid core 45 lb.
Tex-Lam's Phenolic Core Toilet Compartments are an excellent choice when increased durability is required. Compact Laminate/Solid Phenolic Core materials are water-resistant, graffiti resistant and will not rust or delaminate. They are highly resistant to general abuses found in schools or commercial applications and provide you a wide range of color selection.
Tex-Lam Solid Plastic Partitions are resistant to scratching, gouging, denting and impact in heavy traffic areas. The sheets are attractive, graffiti-resistant and ideal for bathroom partitions, benches, shower stalls, and privacy screens. This is the most durable style of partitions. It is attached to the floor and stabilized at the top of the pilaster with anti-grip headrail.
