Fantastic experience and very attentive to detail. Was looking to update glass and threshold of original 'genuine' mahogany front door; several other companies only suggested replacing as it would be faster. Hoelscher team developed a solution with custom SDLs on new glass that looks great and saved thousands on a replacement job.

In material sales, I have had bad experiences with ordering materials in person, they have issues with completing my orders and lie about pricing, by intentionally changing the prices on materials. Victor, a sales representative is very rude and has poor customer service skills, he's very argumentative and gives hassle when changes are made to orders.

I have been repeat customer and I'm a contractor who relies certain products to operate my business and because of this continued experience, I have been forced to do business elsewhere.

Absolute worst service ever. After losing my 9 foot double door custom door frame and telling my builder it was delivered a month earlier, they had to rebuild one. They had no idea it had never been delivered. Then, the delivered the doors with the wrong masks. Then they didn't have the proper hardware to install. After talking to a completely condescending salesperson, I called to speak with the owner.

After many many many calls, no response. Very disappointing. The doors are beautiful, but I would rather give my money (and it was by no means cheap) to a company who respects their clients. Good luck. I hope this review is taken seriously by others and the owners.

Non responsive. I think the basic problem is that Hoelscher used a third party installer. I bought the hardware and doors from Hoelscher even though now they don't sell hardware they say. Two of the locksets have completely failed in less than five years. Also the installer put non-removable pin hinges on one of the doors and not the other two for no reason apparently.

When the lockset failed on the door in a shut position with non-removable pins it was a nightmare getting the door off. Some hinges are rusted already where others aren't. The sales rep just told me to go buy some new hardware and install them myself of call door doctor. They clearly have no interest in the actual installation. I was unaware of this.

Very Happy with this company. We had new doors installed a few years ago and recently had foundation issues.after the outside work was done all of the doors were sticking. It has nothing to do with the doors, but Hoelscher send a crew out and got us all fixed up. I even added a beautiful back door a few months later. Will always us them!

This company is the absolute worst. Been waiting 3 months for my doors. At this rate, im better off getting a piece of plywood and making myself a door! Truly horrible!

These guys know there stuff. Reasonably priced and friendly staff with the knowledge to help you get your projects completed with quality materials.

Every time I buy a new home I have gone here for door replacements they always take real good care of me and if there is a problem they have been great about addressing and correcting it. The warehouse guys are the best!

Customer Service is impeccable. I have bought many front Doors from this company and its the best solid wood door in the Houston market. Not to mention the extremely talented installers. And I almost forgot they beat a competitors price by almost half. Thanks Hoelscher
