Chris Peterson and the his team are excellent to work with. Chris Peterson set us up with a biparting door at a fair price. Chris would answer my calls or text whenever I needed him. He set up his install team that included Kevin Taylor and Charles Stehlin. This install team was very easy to work with and communicated great with us. They paid attention to what we needed in regards to our store and did exactly that. I would recommend this team to anyone neeeding a door upgrade.

My company used them several times only because we couldn't find another company that does this work. Their labor charges were very deceptive and included "drive time" on top of a minimum 2-hour charge for time spent on-site. One time they came out and couldn't find a malfunction during the 15 minutes they spent here (even though it was a recurring problem that they subsequently came out to fix) and yet they charged us a full 2 hour minimum charge.
One time the tech quoted a price for a part and when we received their invoice we were charged a higher price for the part. They made no apologies and did not reduce to their original quote. Their policies may be justifiable in their eyes, but be warned, these folks are not interested in fair pricing or customer service.
