Mike the salesman met me at my home that I'm renovating. He never attempted to see which windows were salvageable, just went to measuring for all new ones. He promised to send me an estimate the next day. I haven't heard from him yet! I wouldn't give a company like that my hard earned money.

Warning, Do not use! I paid for services they did not complete. I paid for "7" windows and they only installed "6"windows. After, back and forth and legal documents the company lied and stated " I couldn't read a contract." Not to mention, they had me to sign documentation stating the services where completed but they did not begin the services until 3 weeks after documents signed. Worst company ever.

Critical: Quality The use of inferior product has caused the majority of the windows to fail and look awful. The window surrounds are all delaminating and Window World will not repair. Buyer beware this is terrible customer service. Service: Window installation

Okay, in my lifetime, I have had many countless services done, in my homes. This company is TRUE BLUE! Mr. Macky Bundy, Sales Manager, will blow you, out of the water! Beyond professional, kind, and compassionate. After making the decision, to order the custom made French door and two windows.it took 3 weeks and the installation was 2 days, in length.

The Installation Manager, Mr. Calvin Winans was equally professional, not to mention the two MASTER CRAFTSMEN, who completed my 2 day installation! The quality of their product line, the craftsmenship and the " Old School" business ETHICS, was worth every hard earned dollar I spent, on this long overdue project. This company and their employees have renewed my faith, in hiring services, for you home. Hire this team! Thank you all at Window World and Siding Co.

Recently I've noticed Window World doting in their advertisements about its Lifertime Warranty. This warranty was one of the reasons why I purchased windows from this company several years ago. But when the seals began to break on multiple windows and I asked for replacements they did not honor the Lifetime Warranty. Please know that the warranty is with the manufacturer of the window not Window World, a fact I learned about later. If Window World decides cuts ties with one of their manufacturers, you are on your own in getting your windows replaced under the warranty that Window World gives you.

We contracted with WindowWorld and Siding Co. for Anderson window installation, vinyl eaves and gutter replacement. The work completed was excellent and all performed in a timely fashion. Everyone involved was helpful beyond what was required of them.
