From the bid with Mr. Don Weld to the installation with Kyle and Carlos, my experience with Egress Window Guy has been exceptional indeed. The price was fair, the work was done well and efficiently. If you're in need of an egress window, then they are your expert. The process was simple and they had great communication. I had concerns having the work done in February with the extreme cold, but they reassured me once they arrived and gave details of the entire process. I was very happy with the quality of work and the way they go above and beyond to keep the work area clean. Highly recommend.

I could tell right off the bat they knew what they were doing which put me at ease. That's a good feeling to have when someone is about to make some big holes in your house. A couple of minor complications about our house came up as they were doing the job and Zach showed them to me and told me how he could make things work and let me make the final decision on how it got done. We are 100% satisfied with the quality of work and the windows look great!

EWG did great work, they pulled a building permit, cut a hole in my approx. 10-12 thick poured foundation. They installed the header and did a quality job finishing around the outside of the window and sealing the inside gap with spray foam. They were even able to do it sooner than expected. I'm happy with the results! I'd hire them again in the future!

I am delighted with my egress window. I received several quotes and they were at the low end. (One quote was double their price.) However, they conducted the quote, prep, and scheduling process professionally. I had some concerns but everything they promised came true. I would recommend their services to anyone looking for an egress window. My installer, Kyle, has been doing egress windows for over 6 years and it shows.
This is a fairly complex process and you want someone with a lot of experience. Accessing the house with the excavator, digging the actual hole, cutting the foundation, framing the window, setting the window, installing the trim, and leaving it all perfect. I was knocked out. We are particularly happy with the interior (cabinet worthy) finish carpentry.

Excellent company to work with. Highly recommend using them for your egress window needs. Scheduling was well communicated from the office staff. The people doing the work were incredibly professional, knowledgeable & efficient. My city inspector said they are the best in the business when he came to do the final inspection. I am extremely pleased with my experience and would not hesitate to use them again.

Kyle and Caleb installed my egress window, egress dome cover & two windows. They are very friendly and professional. Brittni, Tiffany & Dan helped me with the quote and administrative details. They are knowledgeable, responsive, and caring. I highly recommend using Egress Window guy for your egress window, basement window and/or dome cover installation. It is hard to find great customer service these days and it is so refreshing to know it still exists.

After reading reviews I decided to go with EWG for my basement bedroom addition. They were great with communication throughout the process, and explained everything very well when they did the project. The only thing that you'll want to know is that they are very busy so it could be 1-3 months before they're able to get to your project. They explained everything very well the day of and were done in about 5 hours.
They do their best to seal off the area where they make the cut, but they did leave behind a good amount of dust so you'll want to be prepared for that. All in all I would recommend them, and will be going with them for any future needs.

We had Egress Window Guy install an egress window in our downstairs bedroom in 2014. Three years later, the window still looks great, works great and makes such a difference in the room. The job took one day and the guys cleaned everything up before they left. We couldn't be happier with the final result. We highly recommend EWG!
