Walked in off the street and was greeted and free to roam the small showroom. Someone came out to help me in a few minutes. Apparently, it is better to have an appointment. They were kind, professional and very helpful. No problem getting an appt for measuring and selecting finishes. Good communication throughout process including with installer. The only concern is that the installer screwed the cord device into my woodwork before asking my opinion and now I think I will have him return to modify it and patch/paint the woodwork.

Quality work and excellent customer service. My drapes are perfect! I would definitely work with Window Works again.

It was a surprise that out of the 5 custom vertical blinds, that were delivered to be installed, 3 of them were defective. But your company was extremely accommodating in keeping me happy. The blinds were installed so that I would have something on my windows for privacy and the replacements came very quickly & then the installer came as soon as possible, to replace the defective ones with the new ones.

Paul and Nathan came to install and were quick and efficient. Installed 8 regular blinds and 6 motorized blinds in 2 hours. Very friendly and showed me how to use the app. Would highly recommend.

Window works did a great job on some black out shades for our master bedroom and our daughter's room. Originally they one of the tracks for the shade was cut short but they made sure to come back out and install the correct length track a couple weeks later. Thanks Window Works!
