I had the most amazing experience using Powell Garage Doors! When my garage door spring broke I was panicked because I couldn't get my garage to open even manually. I called these awesome guys and they came out quick, did an evaluation and gave me the best option to fix my problem. They got it replaced and fixed quickly and efficiently. I can't say enough good things about this company.

Honest hard working guys who actually care about you and do a great job getting the work done and done well! I am so happy with my garage and I know if anything happens again I can call them and they will take care of me and treat me like family. Thanks again Chris and Brandon, I will be recommending them to everyone I know! If you want the best work done, call them!

Powell Garage Doors and Brandon is amazing! On Saturday I had a cable come loose on our garage door and I tried to fix it, with the tension, the door came off and was hanging crooked barely hanging on.so I obviously made it worse. I should have called Powell as I would learn later, but called other companies with no response--I then assumed companies don't respond on Saturdays. Brandon with Powell Garage Doors would have come out on Saturday and would have fixed it in 5 minutes.yet as I messed it up worse it ended up on the following Monday taking him a whopping 15 minutes.

I was extremely impressed. On Monday I called other companies that were not responsive--after being on a work conference call a work colleague suggested Powell Garage Doors as he found them--after checking out many other companies--to be the lowest price for a new door.so I called Powell at 10:50am, Brandon was able to come by about an hour later.again, within 15 minutes he had totally repaired the door and checked all the components and made sure everything was working well.

So in less than 2 hours from my original call, the door was repaired. I had forgotten that Powell Garage Doors had installed our original door 30 years ago.their faded old sticker was on the inside of the door. Our garage door just needed repair and is still good and with Brandon making sure everything is in good shape, I do not need an expensive new door as I thought on Saturday. Brandon with Powell Garage Doors was responsive, efficient, and quick with the install including very being very knowledgable.and it repaired at a very reasonable price. After calling several other Garage Door companies, I would recommend and will now always call Powell Garage Doors.

Didn't show up for a scheduled appointment. Technician said he called to confirm arrival, but no one answered the phone, so he went to his next appointment. The technician didn't leave a voicemail when I couldn't answer the phone and I didn't recognize the number as it wasn't associated with Powell garage doors.

Great customer service for our spring replacement. Price and warranty were the best I found. They even answered the phone when I called.

WOW, Chris was incredible. A last minute broken door an afternoon 3 days before Christmas. He came out the same day.got the repair done in no time at a fair price. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Powell garage doors!

One afternoon, my garage door stopped working. Chris came out the next day. He took a look, instantly diagnosed the problem, and fixed it in about a half-hour. He was friendly and took time to talk about garage doors and garage door maintenance. Highly recommend.

The son of the owner. Brandan Powell. Is not a man of his word. I'd be very wary of entering any kind of agreement with this family. Could be he's a black sheep also could be that the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. Tends to happen when you grow up with a silver spoon in your mouth.he took my dog I put up a post on Facebook saying that I was unable to keep him do to my living situation.

He chose to take on the responsibility of dog ownership and 2 days later he gave him back now I have 2 days to find him a home or he gets put down. (Due to not being able to be around other dogs.) If he can't keep his word when it comes to something as simple is that what would he be doing while working on garage doors?

Brandan showed up within an hour, had all the parts required for the repair, and completed the task in a timely manner. We were in a bind and Powell Garage Doors came through for us. These guys are amazing. Fantastic example of Small business excellence. Called for a tune up and assumed I would be upsold bunch of stuff, low and behold the garage door is working better than it has in a long time. No parts needed because nothing was broken yet. He coordinated us into his schedule really well with our remote Weber county setting. Will welcome them back when anything else needs to be done.

Had to give this guy/Company a shout out: Chris, the owner of Powell Garage Doors in Lehi arrived like an Angel straight from Heaven. Our family was literally pulling out of the driveway this to head our to our long anticipated family vacation when our garage doors wouldn't close. We tried to fixed it all to have it just get worse. The garage literally came off the tracks and was falling apart.

We were at our upmost lowest moment and stress wondering at how we would now leaveon our trip. All of a sudden some random truck just pulled up into our driveway. Chris, hopped out and ask if he could help. He jumped right in and in about 5 minutes he completely fixed our seamingly irreparable garage doors. When we asked what we could pay him he said, "no charge, have fun on your trip." I couldn't even hold back my tears of gratitude and complete shock of how blessed we were to have him come.

He completely change our day around with his act of kindness and expertise. There is still so much good in the world and it is because of people like Chris. We are customers for life and will recommend him to everyone! Thank you Chris!

Exceptional customer service and quality repair. I sent pictures showing the issue with the garage door. Bid was given immediately and appointment was scheduled for the following day. They showed up promptly, in fact 30 minutes early. They called before to double check it was convenient for an early arrival. Repair was completed within 25 minutes and the total bill was $20 less than bid. Very satisfied with Powell Garage Doors and will use them again. I definitely recommend!

Chris has always been our go to guy every time our garage door has any issues. He is always so quick to help us with repairs. We recently had 2 new doors installed in the new garage we are building. They look amazing! I always appreciate a company with good customer service and Chris Powell Garage Doors has excellent customer service! I would recommend them to anyone!
