Wow, I am so impressed with Rocky Mountain Doors and Windows. I had a project that has been on my list for a while. I needed a door for the tack room of my barn. There was a door but it didn't really fit the threshold and whenever the wind would blow, I had an inch of dirt on the floor. I knew I would need a custom built door because of the size of the threshold.

Now this wasn't a big priority to anyone but me and I knew the expense would not make this project on the list of a major household repairs, but I needed resolution. I really did not know who could do this type of exterior door. I searched the internet for a solution and found Rocky Mountain Windows and Doors. I spoke to Christine and she eased my mind that they could help me and she offered a solution.

Within days Rocky Mountain came out and the doorway was measured and my project wasn't just my priority anymore. I had a team working with me. Suggestions were given on how to have the best looking door to match the barn. The door was ordered and I was so glad I had chosen Rocky Mountain. My door was installed with such professionalism and competency, I was so impressed.

I moved into a new home in Feb 2019. The mini blind in the door was broken from day 1. I contacted rocky mountain. I was told 3 times someone would call me back. After waiting several days, I called back and spoke with a sales rep. I was told that the blind was covered and that install was $99 if I wanted them to do it. It took 3 months, and 2 appointments to get it done.

The first appointment I was called out of the blue and they said they had someone in my area. I left work early to meet them. It was the wrong blind. After a total of 3 months, the blind was installed. The company then called me and said the cost was $200 for the install. I was transferred to a manager and he said he remembered the call and told me it was $200.

We settled on $142. Very poor service. Bad all around from my experience. Steer clear. UPDATED RESPONSE I was never told about the $200 or the fee being anything other than $99. I did not misunderstand the labor rates. My wife was standing right by me during that call, I asked her what she thought about $99 to install and she told me to do that. Thank you for further insulting me. You are very rude and I don't think that treating customers this way will serve you well. I was told $99. I love that you are saying that i'm lying, great customer service.

Rocky Mountain replaced a set of French doors. They did an excellent job for a very reasonable price. We'll definitely use them again.

Overall a good experience. Windows seem to be of good quality. Time is the best indicator of the quality of a window. The salesperson we worked with was knowledgeable and helped us get what we needed. Our only frustration was not being able to stop the production of 4 windows we had ordered, which had not been manufactured yet, when we found out the architect had made an error requiring us to use a different size.

I will say, however, that Rocky Mountain Windows & Doors did refer people to us and eventually we sold the original windows at only a $50 loss. Appreciate their willingness to help us in that regard.

We ordered doors for our basement from Rocky Mountain Windows and Doors. Not only were they half the price of the big box stores, they were amazing to work with. One of our doors we ordered the wrong swing (totally our fault) but they were gracious and helped us make it right. Additionally, one of the bifold doors arrived with a bent track and within a couple of days, we had a new track delivered to our door. Would recommend them in a heartbeat!

We love our new entry door from Rocky Mountain! When we started the process of replacing our old door we didn't really know much about what we wanted. Jon was absolutely wonderful in giving us all the information we needed to make a decision. I contacted him many times with questions and he always got back to me immediately. He was very professional and pleasant to work with. Felicia, the office manager, was also a great help during the process. Aaron installed the door and did some work on 3 other doors.

His work was perfection! If he wasn't happy with something he kept at it until he was. He was always happy to address any concerns we had and take care of them for us. We feel that Rocky Mountain's pricing on doors is very competitive and was lower than other companies we checked with. You can't go wrong with Rocky Mountain!

This is such a great customer service company. I had problems with 2 windows that my builder got from a company that went out of business. My builder gave me John's number to call because they now do business with Rocky Mountain Windows. He came to my house, saw the problem, and resolved it within a couple of weeks. It would have been done sooner but my windows have a color frame within it and they don't make the color I have anymore. John worked to find the closest match possible.

After they installed them, no one could tell the difference. They are beautiful. These people are the real deal in customer service. Just a real pleasure to work with. They made no money from helping me. I wasn't even their customer.

We had priced windows with several local vendors and home improvement stores. Rocky Mountain beat their prices with premium quality and energy efficiency. Jon and install team were incredible. Initial sizes were provided and after consulting with them, asked if they would come out on location to assure we had measured properly which they did. We wanted to install the windows ourselves, but opted to have Rocky Mountain install the large picture and front windows.

So grateful! Installers were professional and polite answering questions regarding installation. They allowed us to watch while they worked and provided suggestions and help with our own installs. Highly recommend Rocky Mountain Windows & Doors and would use them again.

I was so pleased from start to finish with the quality and service from these guys. Service definitely 5 star.probably the best of any contractors we've worked with. We had our front door replaced as well as a side door going into the garage. They also fixed an existing door that had problems. I had spent several months going back and forth between different contractors and was so frustrated just trying to get a bid.

The guy at Burton Lumber wouldn't return my multiple calls or emails. I finally found these guys and they came when they said they would come, Paul even came into the showroom on a Saturday morning to meet with us, & he got every little detail exactly how we wanted.even down to the color of the hinges and the new doorbell. He was excellent at communicating with me throughout the process.

The doors arrived exactly when I was told they would arrive after ordering. When the install crew arrived they had been instructed exactly as to what we wanted done. I didn't have to remind them about anything. The install crew was respectful and careful and did excellent work. Definitely worth any extra cost to have it done exactly right! I will recommend them to anyone and will use them for any future door/window needs.
