This is an overdue review. About 8 years ago we were replacing our windows and also needed an enclosure to our shower. Patrick from AMC Glass came out multiple time to measure the window openings, measure the space, help debug one of the window installs, and the like. About a year later, when a gasket on the shower enclosure came loose, Patrick also quickly sent out his team to install a new gasket. The price is fair, the people are friendly and helpful and knowledgeable, all with a personal touch!

Always. Wen there for me my. From garage door glass to glass bar shelf's and know some custom mirroring. Great service and product. Dry competitive pricing. They are easy to find on Monterey rd and plenty of parking. Highly recommended.

Johnathan and his crew did a great job in our home. These guys are true professionals and offer great service and great materials. Funny thing is his son has the same first and last name as our son! Highly recommend them if you need glass for your home!

Owner called me a rip-off yet I am the one trying to give them business (again). Just really turned off by him. Suggest finding another company for any commercial needs you may have.

I had encounter with a person at the San Jose location over phone not too long ago for the pricing of my home remodeling windows, etc. which bring a business to AMC glass. It turned out as a very bad experience and total turned off. I spoke with Jenny, during the conversation I could tell her bad attitude from her tone. She gave me one price. I wanted to make some changing of measurement, she bluntly refused saying " I have already tried once, I will NOT go through the process again".

I asked if calling back later to change is ok, her reply was "I will not pick your call dude, and don't be surprised if I don't pick your call". This kind of treatment is so disrespectful and shows lack of willingness to help customer. She were totally unprofessional and downright rude to me. I hope the manager and owner read this.

I brought in the side suspension piece that was broken for my window. The store worker took it, knew exactly what to order, and I was able to receive a replacement in a week. She then showed me how to attach and install it. Overall, a quick and easy transaction and experience!

I had made a trip to Rubenstein's to look around. While driving there not familiar with this business park I saw AMC Glass Company and wondered if they sold Frameless Shower Doors. After leaving other shop I parked by AMC and googled them to do a 'lil research then decided to go in. Best decision ever as I found the Frameless Glass Shower Door style I wanted in obscured glass.

Their service (Shout-out to Nathan, President) their turn-around time and installation by T offer impeccable workmanship! I highly recommend you drop in, talk to them about your purchase needs and see for yourself the quality of their products. We have a huge remodel underway and our Master Bathroom is next. We cannot wait to be able to come back to AMC and order our Shower Door for that Bathroom. Five Star Business, family owned, a staple and gem that we're glad we happened upon by pure chance.

This "company" is a joke. We've been getting the run around for weeks trying to get a window installed. None of the employees seem to be knowledgeable about their process and turnaround time. Every time we call, nobody knows what's happening and keep pushing out our installation date even after we paid a deposit. Every time the "installation date" comes, it gets pushed out again.

How are they running a "business" like this?! Go figure it's the cheapest price in the area. It's also the lowest customer service. I guess you get what you pay for. I do not recommend this company. I highly advise you to pay more at another company for faster and better service. Saving a few hundred dollars is not worth the headache.

Reliable and trustworthy business. I had to get glass replaced for which these guys scheduled time for inspection and completion date and completed work by that day. I would recommend this business for your work.

Had a great experience ordering a custom sized mirror for a DIY standing mirror build. Ordered a 75" x 24" mirror in 1/4" thickness and the price was much lower than anywhere else (~$105 vs $350-400 quoted elsewhere). Order was placed on a Thursday and was ready for pick up the following Monday. The workers there loaded the mirror into my car for me after I pulled into the loading dock. Highly recommend AMC for any custom size mirror needs

Upon getting confirmation from the manager that they could cut a rear view mirror for me and explaining I wanted the reflection to appear smaller just like the the original we came to an agreement. After a week I got a call saying it was ready yet when I went to pick it up there was confusion. After locating the piece they wanted to take payment right away before I actually examined the new one.

When I unwrapped the piece it was just a plane mirror and when I pointed this out the manager insisted that it was as I had ordered. He denied that it was different and only after his employees admitted I was quite clear in my instructions did he agree to credit my card the deposit I had left. I can't imaging how argumentative they would be if it were an even larger job.

This is a very unprofessional establishment. When they saw the material was not as I had requested they could have called me but instead tried to pawn something I did not want on to me. Deceptive and unprofessional, business establishment

They came out right away to cover a broken window and take measurements. They installed the new window in two days and did a beautiful job. I called 5 places before I found these wonderful people. They were neat, clean and efficient. They really care about the customer! I highly recommend this family owned business.

We bought glass for a dining table to help keep it safe from heat and water stains. Our table was square so the measurements are easier to take. We took in the dimensions (make sure you're 100% about your measurements they're not responsible for it after you place an order) and places the order. I believe is was $250 but so worth it! They did amazing. They don't deliver (if they do I believe they charge you) so be aware of that when thinking about how to get it to your location.

Patrick from AMC was such a pleasure to work with. I got five quotes from various vendors to replace all the windows and two patio doors for my new house, and AMC had the best price. Not only that, AMC Glass was the best in terms of communication. Patrick got back to me with quotes promptly, and was actively communicating with me on updates on my order. It arrived at the exact time given, and everything could not have been smoother.

I have used AMC several times over the years. This time I needed some glass shelves for a home bar and they delivered the perfect solution. The transaction was fast, covid friendly and at a fair price. I will continue to use AMC for my personal glass needs.

Hands down one of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with in terms of customer service. Duy, our sales rep who sold me a shower, would always hang up the phone on me and tell me that he's call back. After multiple weeks of trying to get the right parts for my shower, I still have yet to receive the proper help. The only worker that was reasonable and that tried to help me was Ricardo, all the other workers had poor communication skills and didn't speak enough English to assist me. Highly do no recommend working with this company.

Great staff and got what I needed. I needed a single pane window glass so I gave them measurement and got what I needed.

We had very good experiences with AMC Glass company. On 1/17/2020, we came to the office for a quote of replacing 9 windows and a sliding patio door. Ms. Hong and especially Erlin were very courteous, patient and knowledgeable. It took about 3 weeks to have the windows custom made. Yesterday, 2/17/2020, ALL windows and doors were satisfactory installed in ONE day!

The window team, father and son Javier are so neat and leave no traces from their work. The door team, Gustavo is equally professional. I strongly recommend AMC Glass company. Thank you AMC!

These guys are quick and responsive. We had some previous work done and it went great. Decided to give them a call because we were having issues with one of the sliding glass doors. After sending them a picture, they were able to diagnose the problem and it turned out to be an easy fix. Great customer service.

They don't waste time and get their job done so quick, awesome service too! Now I have a completed home gym with a mirror wall! They gave me a quote based on the photo I sent them, and they sent someone to checkout our garage and framed out the mirror size, after a couple days they sent 2 guys to install the mirror. They finished the work in 2 hours I'm so pleased with their service! I was charged exactly how much they quoted me no additional charges! Highly recommend AMC!

This place is no good! I went in with a window frame at 10am. Nathan Truong the president and CEO told me they'd put in a new piece of glass and gave me a quote and said that they would call me when it's done. I waited until 4:15pm before I went back and they hadn't done anything. The reason was that they are busy and the guy that does the work cant because he isn't working.

This may be a family owned company but the family doesn't know how to cut glass. This possible return customer has a couple more windows that need new glass, I'm glad I got this one off the possible list of company's that I would go to. I recommend going elsewhere!

I'm a general contractor and I'm using their service for more than 15 years or more. As a general contractor and being in business for over 34 years and it happened that I know are there Glass Company, AMC GLASS are getting 99% off my jobs either installing shower door, wall to wall full size mirror or windows. They are family owned business and I never had any bad experiences with them.

Had trouble finding a place in the area that would do custom glass cutting. I was looking to have glass tops made with specific measurements. Between the two places that responded to my yelp requests, AMC had pretty fair pricing! Patrick was a pleasure to work with and made the whole process very easy. I gave him the details of what i wanted and he got back to me in a timely manner!

The whole process from the quote to finish took less than a week! I was able to receive my glass table tops within a few days after i made the payment & came by to pick them up today! Overall very please. I would definitely come back for any future glass projects i may have.

Be cautious with this company when you make deposit for order. 3 months ago, I ordered self closer for my store, Nathan ( the owner) asked for $250.00 deposit, after 1 month, they hadn't showed up. I called Nathan to ask for my deposit back, he said would refund but never do. When ever he sees my number, he won't pick up. He will loose my orders and many more from my friends and you, when you read my review

In the early mornings, criminals hang around in this area, especially the ones riding in recreational vehicles (RVs). Avoid hanging around the RVs. Criminals will attack you on sight. I took off a star because there was a lack of security guards. Other than that, the orders are not difficult and prices are inexpensive.

This is a family owned glass & window business that has quick service and reasonable prices. You can bring your window frames and screens in for repairs or have the repairs done on site!

Make sure you are very clear when you describe what kind of window you need to replace. When I said tinted clear glass, they cut clear glass and show up offering to replace the clear glass with the tinted glass. But they would have to double charge you. Switch & bait tactic.

Very bad - -after order windows and doors n there was a delay but nobody informed me and they keep transferring around - they promised Wednesday or Thursday but now it is Friday but we have not received anything yet. We purchased at lease 3 sets of windows n doors there but I guess this is my last time.

I've ordered custom size specialized glass from them several times and they've always filled the order professionally and promptly.
