Superior Overhead Doors - Nashville

I made an appointment to meet someone at 8am Friday for an estimate. No one showed and as of now, I still haven't received a phone call. I even explained that I had to be at work in Nashville at 9 but I could be a little late. I waited until 8:45 and had to leave. Poor business. They must not need the work or my money. Will go elsewhere.

My garage door would not go up yesterday, called Superior and they said they could come out today afternoon. They showed up on time fixed my door and did it for a more than reasonable price. I would use them again and recommend them.

They original installed door in our subdivision in Fairview. Our house is three years old. Door would only open about five inches & start bending. I called for a repair, but not interested.

I had some warranty work I needed done on my home that was built last Fall. I couldn't get my garage door to close all the way. I called for service at 4:40 in the afternoon and explained my concerns about my house being left unsecured for the night. They had someone out within a few hours. I know it isn't ideal for a business to run warranty calls after hours, so I appreciate the quick response and turn around time. The technician was very friendly, professional and quickly resolved the issue.

This is the second time I have used Overhead Door. They replaced broken panels on the door at my old house, and everything worked great afterward. I used them again this morning to fix my opener motor. The technician, Ryan, was fantastic. He arrived early, has a great personality, was very knowledgeable, and worked quickly. My door and opener are now working smoother and quieter than they did when we bought the house!

This company installed garage doors in my home (new construction). About 1 year later, someone hit the garage door, and they promptly came out and fixed the garage. This Saturday (less than 1 year later). The door jumps the rails! I called for assistance, but after waiting 2 hours for a callback, I decided to call someone else because I didn't want the door to fall. Apparently, the screws in the rack that holds the roller fell out!

This morning, I finally got a callback and I explained what happened. I was told that there is no way they can ensure that the screws won't fall out when they install the doors! Essentially, they can't ensure that a garage door is secure and won't fall on your head! BEWARE!

Great service. Replaced my torsion springs and cables within 24 hours of my service call. Door raises easily now and is very quiet. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Garage door torsion springs broke. Called many places and superior was in the middle of the road. Happy with the service. They addressed my issue very quickly. I called Wednesday and got help the next day when I requested. Great customer service and will call again for yearly maintenance.

Had to replace my garage door opener. Purchased a Liftmaster from Superior which they installed for me. They showed me how to set up the app so I can use my phone to open and close the garage door a nd to check to see if it's open or close when I'm away from my home. Great experience.
