The person who worked on the garage door was great. He was friendly and informative. He looked at the door, told us what was wrong (we already knew) and he gave us some options for the repair. I would have given him 5 stars, except the original appointment was for between 11-3, then moved to 3-6, then moved till 5-8. They were good and called before adjusting the times. He arrived a few minutes after 6 and was done with both garage doors a little after 7.

My garage door suddenly stopped working and I called this company to help fix it. They were able to quickly send a technician in less than 3 hours. Turns out, my springs were broken and the garage wheels needed upgrading. Jesse, the technician, was able to handle everything in just 1 hour. It's hard to believe that just few hours ago, my garage door wasn't working. I can tell that this company really cares about their customers through the urgency that was displayed today!
