I had a garage spring break on my home garage door. I called Great Garage Door Company, and they picked up right away and got Service scheduled promptly for the next day. Our tech Will come out and did a great job and got us up and running on time and as scheduled. I also recently used Great Garage Door Company to replace four single car garage doors at one of our apartment buildings. They provide a great value and timely and professional service. I highly recommend them.

Working with Great Garage Door was easy, fast and efficient. They were quick to offer service and with answers to questions. Kaylen and Charlie were great guys. Showed up ready to work and were able to install my new garage door much faster than I had thought possible. Their work is super clean, concise and they took the time to explain care/maintenance to me regarding future use. Both, Kaylen and Charlie, were very pleasant and outgoing.

I had the company installed a new garage door less than two months. And the connecting handle between the opener track and the door panels was falling apart/disconnected, and the screws were fell off. This is a clear indication of low quality of both the materials being used and the workmanship. This should not happen in less than two month of installation.
On top of that, at the time of installation, the panel's inside surfaces of the new door have multiple dents. I brought the issue to the firm and ask them to least consider some credit back to me as a good faith. But, the company has never responded on my suggestion.

We had a spring break and damage to the door from the garage door opener trying to open the door with a broken spring. Mike and Will did a great job replacing the spring and repairing the door. They took the time to explain the repair, were professional and did great work. In and out pretty quick with quality service - very happy with repair. Repair cost was also very reasonable. I will definitely recommend Great Garage Door Co to friends and neighbors. Thank you gentlemen.

You installer, Jake was courteous, patient with us, on time, skilled at his job and thorough in clean-up. This was a three year in the making plan. Brian was fantastic! He called us and showed up when stated. He explained exactly what needed to be done. He promptly called the next day on his way. He was professional, efficient, and took the time to explain how to use our new garage door openers, and even how to program them into our phones. He did not seem rushed but took the time needed. Had Great Garage Door install a new belt drive garage door opener a few days ago. The opener works great! The tech, Mike, was awesome too! Friendly, professional and honest. He identified an issue with some bearing plates that was causing a lot of noise and fixed it as well. They were upfront about all charges and it was way more reasonable than other companies I've looked into.

We were extremely satisfied with our garage door and opener installation. Aaron was friendly, informative, neat, and efficient in the installation of our Thermo-Classic Short Panel Door and LiftMaster belt driven garage door opener w/ Pad. The prices were reasonable and the staff friendly and helpful when I went to place our order, especially the owner, Steve. We have used Great Garage Door in Blaine for many years and have always been satisfied with our choice.

Experience is not so good. they did not match the garagedoors to my plan as they said they wood. the first ones they installed were completely the wrong model the second one did not match the plan as i requested in written form we agreed on a last neutral style to be put in.company apparantly has not received the decorative items for it but already sent me a notice of lien. steve, the manager is not very customer friendly, talks down on you and is aggressive.
I have no problem paying them when job is finished. when i asked that someone will explain how i can programm the doors i was refererred to the the manufacturer s phone number. I am glad when this project is done and move on.

Fast and excellent service! This is our first time needing our garage door repaired and we're so happy to have found the place we'll always use. I called in the morning, was given the exact cost over the phone, and a few hours later the technician was here! He worked fast and was also so nice to my young kids who wanted to watch the action :. Great experience. Service guy arrived within the 2 hour window, same day service. Friendly, fast and efficient. Price was right also. Had 2 springs replaced. These guys don't play the games that other companies do when it comes to springs. Other companies quote you different prices for different quality springs.

They came out to my house to fix a garage door opener and upon arrival, noticed it was simply the release rope that wasn't pulled correctly. Instead of a courtesy call and a tip ($20, $40.) they charged me $104 for 20 seconds at my house. As a contractor who does plenty of work, I will not be utilizing their services anymore for myself or my customers. There are other reputable garage door companies in the area that would be happy to ensure a future returning customer.
