A-1 Shower Door & Mirror

Small showroom, but the customer rep was fabulous and pulled items from the back based on my comments. They came to measure my shower on schedule. I will update after install in a couple of weeks. UPDATE: ABSOLUTELY PERFECT! I couldn't be happier. The install was perfect, and have not had any issues.

I'm in construction business and needed bathtub doors for newly remodeled bathroom. Luis showed us and explained the doors we were interested in, he was knowledgeable and professional, he's the best man to work with. The doors were made from high quality materials and it looked great. Lots of selection in showroom, I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs new bathtub/shower doors. I will go back for my next project. Thank you.

Luis at A-1 is the man. I took my existing shower door in today to make sure the replacement glass fit right. I made a slight mistake in the measurements I had given him last week. He was able to figure out a way to work with the glass ordered. I would recommend him to anyone.

My 1st impression was with the friendly woman that answered the phone. She listened patiently and then was so informative. She sent me to their showroom. There, I was greeted happily by Louis. He was so attentive and provided get information to solve my situation. I had several questions on cleaning and maintaining my shower glass and he went out of his way to show me the products they use to produce great results. There are not many people pickier than I am so please read this review with that statement in mind! Firstly, the pricing, customer service (BIG thank you to Donna), attention to detail, quality of product, prompt appointment, and the final installation, were all second to none, 10 out of 10 in every respect. Secondly, Luis at the showroom on Ritchey is absolutely as good as it gets, both as a gentleman and a top class service technician.

He has been with the company many years and will do anything he can within his power to help on technical issues and questions, sourcing old or hard to find parts, and giving general advice. Look for the gorgeous Classic cream Mustang outside and you know he is there! THANK YOU.

Stop by for a quick and simple fixture replacement.no such thing! Part was old and no longer available. But, I was asked to wait.he repaired my part AND no charge. Thanks for excellent customer service and without asking! Yes, I'll tell a friend.

I am a contractor and have worked with A1 shower door company for over 5 years. They allwase show up on time and do beautiful work. We never have problems with there work. They have a nice showroom and great staff.
