First Class Glass

Just ordered glass for our new bedroom set night stand and dresser, and it made it look phenomenal. And of course, Dixie helped make sure the measurements were spot on. Every 16th of an inch makes a difference to get perfection. The turnaround was fast too! Not to mention a great price. I was very surprised and expected it to be much more expensive. Which, had I gone somewhere else it probably would have been.

When I called and gave her the measurements, I said the dresser tape measure extended out over between the 3/4 and next mark. So she was able to get it just right without even being here. Amazing. They're called First Class Glass for a reason. Steve helped me get the dresser glass in the car, and taped the two nightstand one's for me to make sure they'd make it home in one piece.

Of course their German Shepard Charlie is a joy to see too. If you need glass done, you don't need to look anywhere else. They're your go to place. Thanks for another awesome job you did for us!

We've used First Class Glass since we first moved into our Aliso Viejo home 20 years ago. We've used them several times - and their response time and their product is always perfect. Their name describes them perfectly. We'll continue to be loyal customers and recommend them without hesitation to anyone considering using them!

I walked in based on all the positive reviews and could not have gotten a more chilly reception by the woman at the front desk. I asked if I could look around at the shower displays as I was in the early planning stages of a remodel and she pretty much rolled her eyes and said, "Suit yourself." I stayed about 20 minutes yet no one offered to answer questions or provide any information. I would definitely not recommend this business to anyone.

Very professional upscale honest and efficient. But highly recommend first class get glass for all your needs in local So Cal South County.

Since it seems like someone else had the same experience with this company. I'll add to it. I also experienced a truck with the first class glass logo who was an extremely aggressive driver, came close to crashing into me. After tail gating me and going around me and cutting me off I watched them do it to several other people. This review has nothing to do with their work but almost causing me to crash and get injured is enough for me to never want to come to them for business. After seeing their nasty message to another yelper, I feel confirmed.

This place is the best! I wanted a glass top for my table that was custom designed. I went to several glass shops and they wanted a fortune for the glass AND delivery (over $400 just for delivery) and required that I make and bring in a pattern, etc. With the HUGE hassle and HUGE prices, I was getting very discouraged. I went to First Class Glass and brought in my design.

They quoted me a VERY reasonable price for the table top, took my design (on paper) and said they didn't need anything else and charged me a nominal fee for delivery. When it was delivered, it was absolutely PERFECT and they took the time to make sure the glass was perfectly measured on my base and cleaned to perfection. This place is the best! I highly recommend them and will be back for sure! THANK YOU First Class Glass!

I have called for the past month to get service on my smart glass and they keep pushing back my appointments. They will be prompt to sell you something but the follow up and customer service for repairs is not up to the price They charge you originally. I will update my review once my issue is resolved hopefully! Second review after service date finally!4 months later. and my project is still not done.

The guy showed up with the new material, when I asked him if he checked that the smart glass was working, he said he didn't. Once he removed the old ones and I stalled they new pieces in. Half of the glasses don't work! Not to mention how RUDE was the guy - he totally shows that he hates his job- Reached out to the secretary and the owner of the company to see when will this be resolved. I'm still waiting for a call back. STAY AWAY if you want reliable and efficient service

What an awesome experience! Steve, the owner, was unbelievable helpful with our broken screen. Steve was honest and ethical that saved us a ton of money. He has a customer for life. We can not say enough nice things about First Class Glass!

We got a mirror and glass shelves for our bar nook. Very nice quality and install for a very reasonable price. Could not be happier!

I ordered a piece of glass to go on our coffee table. I ordered over the phone very easily, and First Class was helpful in knowing the right thickness and in double checking they had the right measurements. The price was competitive. The glass was ready very quickly (within a couple of days), and they loaded it into my car for me when I picked it up.

I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the customer service when I went in was poor. The front desk girl was on the phone when I entered, and she didn't smile or acknowledge me at all. I stood there feeling like a fool for about 5 minutes until she was done. Even then, her greeting was less than stellar. Overall, though, I'd still probably come back here if I needed another custom piece of glass.

I left First Class Glass a negative review and someone named Steve claiming to be the owner sent me a message threatening to sue me for slander. He also said he would "track me down" and resorted to name calling and foul language. In my opinion, one should avoid doing business with First Class Glass

I needed glass around my new firepit so that the kids wouldn't be able to reach into the fire. First Class Glass gave me advice that I should use tempered glass and advised the thickness of it. They sized it perfectly, quickly, and very affordably. I also had a wood table that I wanted to put a sheet of glass on top. They advised square, but safely sanded down edges and corners to prevent injury.

For this heavy one, they delivered it and set it up with circular applications that they brought to go between the table and the glass. It was quite affordable compared to everyone else. Now I'm going to have them install a wall of mirrors to make a gym room. I'm sure they'll be great!

After we purchased our new dining table, I called around several glass shops to get a quote for a piece of glass to go on top of the table. I called First Class Glass and gave them the dimension of my table and the thickness of the glass I was looking for. They called me back immediately with a price, which was extremely competitive. I placed the order over the phone.

Within 4 days, I got a call indicating that my glass was ready to be delivered. The guys who delivered the glass called frequently to let me know when they would arrive at my house. They showed up on time, were very professional, and set up the glass on my table without incident. Overall, a great experience working with this company!
