When we built our duplex many years ago, we installed plantation shutters throughout the house and over the years they had deteriorated from age and sun damage. I first checked with Castle Shutters about re-finishing them and Patrick came out to the house to inspect them and give us an estimate. After thoroughly checking all of the shutters, it was determined that the labor to refinish would not be cost effective and that the best solution would be to consider all new shutters. Patrick showed us some imported shutters that were beautiful and of high quality and attractively priced, so we decided to go with all new shutters and replace our old damaged ones.
That was one of the best decisions we made to go with Castle Shutters and the expertise of Patrick who did an outstanding job. We are totally happy with our investment and the manufacturing quality of these shutters as well as the professional installation.

My wife and I first met Patrick and Mary when we had an issue with a shutter in a condo I owned. Patrick came out and fixed a minor problem. He helped us when no one else would come out for a small job. 2 years later we were able to return the favor by having Castle Shutter put shutters throughout our new home. We are very happy with the design of the shutters and the installation process. Pricing was competitive. Patrick and Mary were professional and followed thru with on time delivery. We will use them again when we need shutters.

Posting this as a review as there is no way to contact you via email that I can find. Left voicemail, very hard to get through on the phone. Please follow up on the number I provided when you see this. Issue: balcony doors shutters installed in a way that prevent us from locking them; also design very off, see pictures for the strange alignment around the door handles. I will remove the review when I hear back hopefully.

Castle shutters is an amazing resource. i moved in to a rental with plantation shutters in 3 rooms. a few were missing staples and one set of shutters was missing 1 1/2 louvres. the came out and fixed the missing staples on the spot. the louvres that were missing were replaced with the wood color and louvre shape matched exactly. really great work and easy company to deal with. thanks castle shutters!

We have used Castle Shutters for years. First on my condo many years ago and now on our home. They have done work for family members and many friends over the years. After lots of searching for a shutter repair company, I got in touch with Castle Shutters through Service Magic. The woman I spoke with was nice, friendly, and very accomodating. The repair professional showed up at the beginning of the one hour range they provided to me (only a one hour range.other companies, take notice!). He was friendly, efficient and completely fixed the problem. And, I found their pricing completely reasonable!
