Great experience with Robert and Green Eagle Garage Door. My spring was broken and I was unable to open the door. Robert was able to provide me with a temporary fix and an estimate same day that was reasonable and honest. When my parts came in he sent James who finished the job with expertise!

Very friendly helpful and came out fast to fix the door! HIGHLY recommend them. Will definitely use them in future. Even checked everything while here. Very good customer service!

Springs for my garage door broke and gave Robert (Owner) a call. He was in another estimate but received a text that he would call me back. He called me back immediately and set up a time same day. Shawn came out and replaced the spring and had my garage door fixed within 45 minutes. I would recommend this company to anyone that need their garage door serviced.

Extremely responsive and customer focused. They answered my salvo of questions around different options, never pressuring me to upgrade or buy something I didn't want. The installer was courteous and professional. A few days after they installed the door it wouldn't shut. They came out in July 4th to fix the issue (I'm an idiot and must have bumped the sensors out of alignment). Great company!

They make it easy to identify the issue by having me text a pic of the situation.

This makes it easy for them to get ahead of the situation. With tools and price quotes all of which they have done all 3 times. 4. They are always on time 5. The day after we moved into our new home, the spring on the garage door broke. The guys came over within a four hour window the same day, and the spring was fixed within fifteen minutes. Excellent service; very much appreciated!

Honest company, quality work, fair price! My garage door came off the track causing damage to the door in multiple places. Called Green Eagle Door and Robert (the owner) came out the next morning. He made all the repairs, including replacing all the wheels and bracket for my garage door opener, in less than an hour and the cost was extremely reasonable.

Very friendly, prompt and thorough assistance, competitive pricing. We knew that we needed our garage opener system replaced. I called Robert and he patiently answered all of my questions and clarified what we needed. I called back two more times with more questions, and each time they were very kind and helpful on the phone. They were able to come out the very next day, James was right on time and was done in an hour. Their pricing was the best I found for the Lift Master brand. I would highly recommend these guys, family owned business and very nice people.

Green Eagle installed a brand new garage door and motor recently after our old garage door motor broke. The process was very smooth and the customer service provided by Green Eagle was excellent. Would definitely use Green Eagle for any future garage door needs.

My gate stopped working one day. Called a few people up and everyone seemed to think it was our circuit board which would have cost between 475-650. Hired these guys, they came the next day checked things out and figured out it was just the battery. Saved me over 250 bucks. Very impressed

Green Eagle Overhead Door provided fantastic customer experience! Most importantly, MINIMIZING my expense, which as we all know is unheard of in today's world. I completely agree with other reviews: Great people, doing excellent work, at a very fair price! I am not quick to trust ANY service provider, who is typically not motivated to save any consumer money.

When you find a Garage Door guy, Air Conditioning Guy, Plumber or Electrician who is honest, and NOT trying to increase the scope of the job just to profit further, you need to hold on to them. Once you use this service, you have your Garage Guys locked down.

I think these guys should change their company name to White Knight Overhead Door! Came home to find the door off the tracks and throwing wheels. Naturally, my husband was out-of-town and it was 6 pm and there was no way I was going to be able to close the garage door by myself. I called them, after-hours, and they sent someone promptly. They replaced the wheels and charged me only the cost of the new wheels since they had just been out within the last two weeks. Can't say enough nice things about this company!

These guys are top of the line, they have worked on my garage door before, they are quick, responsive, and great customer service. Brian is "Johnny on the spot", and comes out almost immediately when you call them. On top of all the good service, the price is right, they even went and changed my wheels. NO Charge. Who does that?

Someone from Green Eagle Overhead Door showed up today within hours after my call to them! They gave me a fantastic deal, when someone just earlier today quoted about $500 more than what he quoted for me (though he explained why that might be)! I am sooo happy! He was a very kind person who genuinely wants this business to function smoothly and well and without greed.

I am so happy I followed my intuition by using this company! I hopefully won't have a situation where I'll want my garage door repaired, but if the potential arose, I would call this company back most likely! And I'd for sure recommend this company to friends! Second time using the company, and the service is still great. This time we needed to replace the torsion spring, which broke in the middle of the night. The repairman was there the next day and had it fixed in less than an hour.also for only $165.

My spring for the garage door broke, it is a standard 2 car garage, I called 2-3 places and for the replacement of the spring and LABOR the cost was going to be around $280.00 to $300.00 dollars. Ok I said, then I called Green Eagle and talked to Robert, I told him I needed to replace the spring. He said that was going to be $165.00 and I said what is labor going to cost.

He said that is the total for EVERYTHING. Wow I said. They were over to the house under a hour, took 15-20 minutes to replace. Works great no problems. If you have a garage problem. I would highly recommend this company. They only sell you what you need,

After closing the door on my SUV, the garage door was stuck closed and the tracks were bent. After trying for about an hour to get it back to working myself, my wife suggested I needed help (in more ways than one). I called and spoke to Robert Wilson who immediately put my worst fears to rest. He told me that it could most likely be repaired for about $100 depending on parts cost.

We agreed on a repair time that very same day. Cody came out after giving me a call to confirm the time, showed up on time and repaired it in about 20 minutes. The door actually works better now than before I screwed it up. It is quieter and seems to move effortlessly, unlike before. I was stunned at the cost, less than $100. I was prepared to pay several hundred dollars for my mistake and could have easily been taken advantage of, but that didn't happen. These guys are great: fast, knowledgeable, and honest.

Garage door and opener needed to be replaced, called Green Eagle and they were able to come out quickly and came and did replacement on the next business day. The work was completed in less than 4 hours. Very Happy with there work!
