After my spring snapped Wed. night I called around and with other places it was $125+ service charge for any appointment prior to Sunday afternoon (and there was a $50 service charge even then). By comparison, Doors Plus More had Jeff over first thing the following morning. The prices were definitely very reasonable, the work looks good and was done quickly. Very positive experience, if you are looking for prompt, professional service without having to pay huge service charge def. give them a call.

A neighbor recommended Garage Doors Plus More to me and I am so glad he did. My go-to company said the soonest they could repair my door would be the following week and weren't sure about day and time. A second company wanted to charge $125 to look at the door before making any repair. Jeff, of Garage Doors Plus More, responded to my call and said he could come by the following day to make the repair.
He delivered on his promise making the repair and checked the door to ensure all would be well for the winter. I highly recommended Garage Doors Plus More! They are my new go-to company!

Two year later they came through to save the day again! One of the springs on our shop doors broke overnight and Jeff was here within hours to do a temporary repair. We're a medium volume repair shop and it's tough if we can't get cars in and out. Once the parts came in they did a full service and this door works good as new (better than it has ever been in the 6 years I've worked here)

Our garage door was stuck closed last Friday. One of the cables was off the take-up roller on one side. Called them to get a repair technician out to fix the problem. We were told it would be late that afternoon, but in about 45 minutes they arrived. They quickly diagnosed the problem as a broken spring. Within another 45 minutes, the door was fixed.
Both of the techs were friendly, thorough and careful not to scratch our car, which unfortunately was 'held captive ' by the broken door. The bill was very reasonable, considering the rapid response and quick resolution of the problem.

Great company! I called and he came out the very next morning. He determined that my garage door needed a relatively minor repair which he had completed in about an hour. He also looked at our other door and found a couple of bad rollers and replaced them as well. Awesome customer service, no pressure to upgrade our openers or doors as is common with other companies. I will definitely be giving any future business to Doors Plus More!

Very responsive, called at 2:15pm today and Jeff Young from Doors Plus More was at my door by 3:45. He made quick work of replacing the broken spring and was very professional about it. Good guy to talk to and will definitely be keeping him in my list of referrals to my clients in need of his service.

We had my garage spring replaced and equalizing cables. The service was very fast. The downfall came when they wanted to up sell me a new garage door opener. They told me that it wasn't going to last two weeks. After inspecting the work done I noticed the chain tension was very tight. I loosened it, but the motor shaft broke after a month. I disconnected the opener to close the door but couldn't get door closed because the new spring they installed was so tight when I closed my door it opened 3/4 of the way open. Not only did I have to get a new opener but had to un-adjust the new spring. Not very happy with the quality of work.
