I was there today, 7/7/20. The wait was looooong and I say " just because you have to be there 8 hours does not mean that I do also". On 9/18/19 I purchased a replacement part for my left window and was charged $25.58 with tax. Today I purchased the same part for my right window and was charged $44.63 with tax. I questioned the charge and was told that the prices had gone up. Watch out, they are price gouging, I guess to make up for the lost business while closed due to Corona. Not nice.

Called and was put on hold for 55 minutes.(Put my phone on speaker so I could continue to work). I finally hung up and redialed. The customer service rep was incredible rude. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told I couldn't, after insisting was connected to David's voice mail. I left a message and he never got back to me. Called the next day and received excellent customer service from a different person. Placed an order, received the order & it was not mine, belonged to a guy from RI. I'm in ME. Called again, left another message for David the Supervisor, and have yet to hear back. This company could really benefit from customer service training. Still stuck with parts I don't need and cost less than the ones I ordered.

Incredibly unprofessional and possibly a front for money laundering because no business owner in their right mind would run a business like this. I tried for 3 weeks to place an order to find out 2 weeks later it never was placed and it would now take 6 weeks instead or the original 3 weeks they quoted. They also suddenly need to change color of frames. incompetent and rude is a polite way to describe their staff. I went to Brooklyn Window placed the same order in 2 hours and was completed in 2 1/2 weeks for $1000 less.
