Quite simply, these guys are the best there is. I had a lightning strike recently which damaged the garage door openers to my house. I had done business previously with D&D, so I called them first and scheduled a service call. The technician came promptly, removed my old doors, and installed my new doors in under 4 hours. Everything was explained to me about their operation, and when a small issue surfaced, Chris, the owner, responded quickly, explained the problem, and offered an easy solution.
He offered to send a technician immediately, but by then, I had fixed the issue, and now my new doors now function flawlessly. They are also priced very competitively and stand behind their work. We had an amazing experience with D&D. It started with our very firsts call. We spoke with Don and everything fell perfectly into place. They always should up on time, even earlier than expected. We had 2 doors replaced and their installers did a fantastic job. These guys over delivered and did an amazing job for us. We would highly recommend their services and not hesitate to call them int he future should we need anything.

Don of D&D was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very accommodating with our door selection, purchase and installation. We are very pleased with the quality of door he recommended and the craftmanship of the installation. Ironically, while our initial door shop was strictly for cosmetic purposes, the day before our meet with Don for an estimate the spring on our old door broke and the door creased.
At the appointment for the estimate, Don took the time, at no additional cost to us, to replace the spring and secure the door so it was operable while we waited for our custom door to come in. It's hard to find customer service like that these days.

D & D Doors did a phenomenal job replacing my two garage doors. Pricing was fair and service was on point. They stayed late into the night to make sure the job was complete in one day and right. I plan on calling Don back to install another garage door opener for me soon. The one new unit I had him install is whisper quiet when compared to my older unit.

Couldn't close one of the garage doors this morning. Called D&D (since they've worked on my garage doors in the past a few times), didn't really expect an answer on a Saturday morning, but thought I would be able to leave a message. To my surprise someone answered the phone (I was lucky someone was in working on a truck), and while on the phone the gentleman diagnosed the problem, and led me through some easy steps to fix it. Saved me quite a bit of money! Thank you D&D!

Great experience with this company and the guys who came out to salvage my broken garage door. Very very knowledgeable and saved me a ton of money by fixing the bent garage door rather then replacing it. Also installed a new opener for me and did it all within a week of me calling for an estimate. Highly recommend!

If you want a great job done by a local family owned business who know how to treat customers right then I would suggest you call them. I have used them three times and have been very impressed with their service. They are accommodating to your schedule and they actually care about their customers. Best of all the service and sales people they send actually tell you how much they care about their business and their clients. Great Hudson Valley company!

My garage door was off the hinges and would not close for about 3 feet at the bottom. I called my usual garage door company and they could not fit me in until the next day. I called D & D Doors at my neighbors recommendation. They promised to fit me in the same day and they did. The owner Don came out and had the door back on the hinges, in line and working in no time. Don also tuned it up so that it was the quietest that it has ever been and the price was lower than I expected (considering after all the damage I did hitting it with my trunk hatch up, big OOPS). I posted on home advisor for a garage door opener installation don had e mailed me within two hours on Christmas day He came the next day and had it installed by 12:30 for few bucks more than I would have paid at Lowes but with a much better warranty He was very professional explained our options and didn't pressure us and cleaned up after himself

Don the owner came out to asess my old garage door opener. Even though he got it working better I had him give me an estimate for a new garage door opener. He cut me a break and Don replaced it and went above and beyond a professional job. I would recommend D and D Doors to anyone who needs their service.

We ordered 2 new Wayne Dalton garage doors with Car-Go belt drive openers with open door monitors. Don, the owner, come out, measured, and suggested these to replace our existing doors. They have 3x the R-Value of our previous doors and are so quiet that we can't hear the opening or closing. Our bedroom is directly above our garage. The door monitors assures us that they are closed. Don's installation and attention to detail was impeccable.
It is rare to find a contractor that offers a competitive price with a quality product and excellent service. I would recommend this company to my priest. Thank you Don for a great job.
