I was really happy we chose major homes over the other contractors we had over. The salesman named Paul showed and explained all the materials that would be used for the new windows and doors, and when the crew came over for the install they were on-time and very professional. My family is very happy with the outcome of this project

This is the third time I have used Major homes for work on my house. This time, they replaced my front door and door frame. I have previously used them for my windows and roof. My installer and salesman for the door, Paul and Paul were both very informative, reassuring, and professional. I would not use any other contractor for my household needs.

Major Homes was a pleasure to work with when we did two window projects and a siding project. We recently worked with three other contractors for projects at our home but Major Homes was the standout bar none. From the initial meeting where Jason was patient and informative, to the measurements, to the installation, Major Homes impressed me. They were always on time, available when I needed to communicate, and completed my projects at high quality and without any hassle.

We consulted with Major Homes after seeing the wonderful job they did on our neighbors' window installation. They came for a consultation and presented a variety of window and door options. After we chose the windows they sent someone to measure everything about a week later. It took about 2.5 months for the windows we ordered to arrive (keeping in mind there are supply chain issues due to the ongoing pandemic).

On the day of installation, they arrived on time with an entire team. They worked quickly and efficiently. They cleaned along the way and removed all the debris as well. We are extremely pleased with the installation and the Okna windows. Thank you Major Homes!

Major homes helped us with new windows, doors and siding. They did a beautiful job on what used to be our old drafty house. Our home is now refreshed and properly sealed from the elements. Had an old awning replaced. Love the new awning! This company is totally professional all the way. The Salesperson was thorough and kept in contact throughout the job, making sure it was done perfectly. They really made sure that I was satisfied with the work, and I could tell that my satisfaction was important to them. The installing crew was courteous and professional and did a great job. Major Homes replaced and installed all my windows (I got Okna windows). The team at Major Teams (Paul, Russ and company) has been knowledgeable, responsive, and professional from start to finish. Having a local shop and installer was important to me because I did not find the big national chains as responsive to my questions and quote requests. From comparing different vendors' quotes, I found pricing was extremely competitive with better quality products than what I was initially considering with other vendors. I am very satisfied with the experience, much more so than initially expected!

Major Homes was contracted my me to replace my roof and install new siding/soffits/gutters. They were a pleasure to work with. Their crews were clean, friendly, and on time. We didn't find a single roof nail on our property after they cleaned up and left. The siding took a bit longer as materials were not available, but they were clear and prompt in their communication.

I had a question about work that was done and the next day they sent someone out to address my concerns. The workmanship is top notch. Our neighbors were thrilled with the quickness and cleanliness of the work/workers. The price was fair for work like this in the middle of a pandemic and their financing option took a lot of the pressure off. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

We used major home for replacing our windows and entrance doors and also for awnings installation. The quality of products they use and workmanship is excellent. And they staying behind their work. We had a problem with one of the bathroom window (fogging ), after phone call they made an appointment and replace the window without any extra cost to us.

With our second awning which has a bit tricky shape, was some discrepancies in measurements. Which they figured out before the installation and installer come himself to remeasure. And also give us good advice how to better shape it. They are very professional, always on time. I would definitely recommend them. The only downside that they are fairly expensive, but I guess you get what you are paying for. We worked with other contractors which were pretty good, but so far with level of professionalism they are way above than anybody we were working.

Returning customer. Just had a front security door installed. I LOVE IT! So does my pooch Sparky, now he can look outside without struggling to go up step to the window sill. Paul did an amazing professional, clean, meticulous job. love my new door. Worth every dollar. It's so quiet in the house now, the seal is perfect keeping out the noise and drafts. Had windows installed a month ago. Amazing job also. To Perfection Will definitely use them Major Homes again.

I hired Major Homes to replace double hung windows in my house. The experience was pretty flawless from beginning to end. Workers showed up on time, did a great job, and left the place very clean. They were also very respectful when I asked them to wear masks while in the house which they did. The job was done quickly and about three hours after they finished Paul came by asking if he could see the job they did to make sure that everything's OK.

I thought that was a nice thing to do, and above and beyond any service I expected. I would highly recommend Major Homes if you have a project that needs to be done, and I will use them again

Major Homes installed our beautiful new remote controlled awning and resided the extension of our home. The quality of the materials and workmanship are excellent! They gave us a time frame of when the job would be done and gave us updates, letting us know exactly when the work would be done. Bob Greenfield was a pleasure to work with, and Mitch and his crew did a fantastic job at a reasonable price. I highly recommend using Major Homes for your next home improvement project. They were awesome!

We hired Major Homes to replace most of the windows in our house. I am happy with every aspect of my interaction with them. Jason, the person who gave us the quote and described the windows was prompt, clear, obviously very knowledgeable (I think he said his father started the company, but I could be mis-remembering that) and did *not* try a very heavy sales pitch on us.

There was no issue at all when we said we'd get back to him at a later date about our decision (unlike other estimates we got). He just offered us a reasonable price on high-quality window replacements. After starting, the job was done quickly and done really well. The work crew was courteous and professional and they cleaned up after themselves really well.

They noted places where the wood around the window was rotting and replaced that for us at a reasonable cost. The only thing we are left with are beautiful and beautifully installed windows. I am just so happy with these windows. I knew new windows would look better and be more energy efficient, but I didn't realize just *how much* better they would look. We are now scheduling a time when they can do the remaining windows in the house. I wish I could hire this company for all of my home-improvement needs.
