Critical: Professionalism Would not recommend this company to anyone. Sales rep did not show up for scheduled consultation. When I called to check the status, the sales rep said they forgot. I would recommend spending your money with a company who doesn't waste your time.

Early in 2020 we ordered a new sliding glass door from this company. We waited through the lockdown and have now been trying to get our door installed for over 2 months. The account rep is unresponsive, and no one seems to care at all. The worst part is that we were scheduled for installation today and received a cancellation text 30 minutes prior.

Stay away from this company. There are better options out there. Update 8/11: We have finally had our door installed and overall that went fairly smoothly even though the process took longer than we would have liked. I still think communication can be improved by Exclusive Windows and there is an aspect of the installation that did not meet our expectations from a quality perspective which is the caulk around the exterior of the door. Exclusive did send the original crew back out to try to correct this, and while better it's not the most professional work I've seen. Still overall we are satisfied with the door and other aspects of the installation.

Really hard to get in touch with these people or get any commitment. Maybe they are better with really large jobs. Maybe. But horrible communication leads me to believe I've dodged a bullet by going elsewhere. I can't recommend anyone trust this company with your time or money.

I was in the market for a new front door as well as some repairs on a couple of my windows. I worked with Todd who seemed very knowledgeable and was quite helpful in providing me with all my options. This was important to me as making such an investment in your home should be done properly. Once I decided on the door design and window options it took about a month to have my door custom made.

I was pleased with how quickly my correspondence was handled as well as the cleanliness and professional manner in which the install crew installed my door. The service guy Josh was very polite and I was quite impressed with his knowledge and efficiency. Overall if you want people who know what they're doing so you don't waste your valuable time or money I'd go with these guys.

I'm very happy with my experience with exclusive windows. The salesman I worked with was Todd and he was extremely helpful and prompt in coming out and measuring for my new windows and front door. The installation crew arrived when scheduled and finished my install quicker than I was expecting. Whenever I have work done in my home I am quite particular in the cleanliness of the project as well as how my home is left.

I was very pleased with how courteous the install crew was and the respect they showed for my home. I found the pricing for my project to be competitive with other vendors and after my experience I'm very glad I went with these guys.

The sales staff are knowledgeable and friendly regardless of your budget and the size of your project. If you need an estimate a salesperson will come to your home, measure, show you selections and make knowledgeable recommendations. They are more expensive than big box stores but offer first class products that will enhance your home and give your home elegance.

Post purchase service provide by the Exclusive Windown is great. I brought the house this year. The Exclusive Window installed the window for the first owner 7 years ago. But they continue to provide service to me when there is any issue on the window. Great customer service. Jack

I am extremely disappointed! Do not use this window company. This is the worst window company I have ever come across. They ordered the wrong windows, they do not listen and they do not stand by their products. I am extremely disappointed and will use Pella next time. Not worth it.

Working with Exclusive Windows in Willowbrook, IL was a nightmare. We ordered a new front door and frame and requested the stain should match our garage. After 14 months, the project was still not complete because they lost the order, stained it the wrong color 3 times, had the wrong glass installed, and even (somehow) managed to incorrectly install the handle.

The sales person we worked with was horrendous with very poor project management and communication skills. Eventually, we abandoned working with Exclusive Windows who couldn't finish the job. We're still dumbfounded at their poor communication, execution and follow through. Save yourself dozens of hours of frustration and don't bother working with them.

I worked with Joe at Exclusive Windows and he was super helpful. What I most appreciated was that he suggested a lower-cost solution than what i had anticipated. He did not try to up-sell or over-sell me. The experience and price tag and end result were all good.

I had numerous quotes on my trim work project and windows. All the other companies where pushing just to close the deal. Not exclusive, they said take your time look the bid over and call us at your convenience. Not only did Mike at exclusive beat everyone's price his team did amazing work. They showed up on time everyday and always explained what they where going to do that day.

They set up and cleaned up everyday. It's like they where never here after they left each day. I heard the horror stories of carpenters leaving tools and garbage all over everyday. Not these guys at all. They cleaned up every day. The custom work on the crown molding and the custom kids cubbies turned out even better than expected. I even had exclusive put custom kids cubbies in the garage after seeing the work in the mudroom. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for Windows or custom trim work.

The guys are just pros. And pretty nice guys, too. The pricing is reasonable and the service is stellar. I like working with Mike DelGallo even though he feeds my fetish for amazing trim work. all kidding aside, Exclusive is a good choice for windows, doors and trim. And they're very local.
