Our garage springs broke yesterday, and we called to have it serviced. They came out this morning, but before that I received a text confirmation as well as a notification with photo of the technician. When James arrived he was friendly and explained everything he was going to do before he made the repair. I got a text the job was complete, and then he walked me through what he repaired as well as gave advice on when to replace our over 30 year old unit.

He sent the invoice to my email with the option to pay online. So easy! This service was amazing! I wish every business ran this way. I will be referring everyone to Pro Door Doctor!

Matt arrived at the scheduled time and identified the problem right away. He was personable and professional. My garage door was repaired and operating properly in less than an hour. The price was the same as the estimate and was was fair. I'd recommend this company for your garage door needs.

These guys are amazing! We called 3 different companies to get quotes on new garage doors when our spring broke (20+ year old door) and they were the quickest to come out (a matter of hours), Brayden manually opened the door to get my car out, one of the most reasonable bids for custom garage door design, and quickest turn around order in 4 weeks (quoted 12-20 weeks from other companies). Matt installed the door 10/10 for knowledge timeliness and experience in his trade. Customer service was exceptional, I am a customer for life!

The springs broke on my garage door and I needed them fixed quickly. Bill and Preston were FANTASTIC to deal with and had a tech out super fast. The technician, Matt, was as professional as you could ask for. You always worry about bringing someone into your home that you don't know. Not with Matt. Super dude that gave me a price up front and did a super job in 30 min.

He also knew that I had a baby just starting to walk and adjusted the downforce on my door motor because it was all the way up from the original installer (not Pro Door Dr). Something that could have severely hurt my little guy and I had no idea. After that he lubed rollers and cables and gave me the garage door 101 maintenance info. Very pleased and will always call them first. Thanks for fantastic service!

Everyone at Pro Door Doctor was amazing to deal with! Bill came out for the initial estimate on converting my garage doors to a highlift format so that I could use as much of the 11'6 height garage as possible without the garage doors and tracks in the way. Bill answered all my questions and was very transparent with the options, pricing and the final estimate.

The crew that came out and performed all of the necessary work was no different. All of the work was completed with skill and efficiency. Braden, Matt and Mike all did an amazing job! Mixed review for this company. On the positive side they came out within two hours of me calling them which was fantastic. They installed a new spring which they had in stock which was also great but a few weeks later I had issues with the door opening and closing and called a different company to come take a look at it and the spring was not installed properly and after five minutes this other installer had the tension proper and the door worked again.

Bill is amazing, and would highly recommend Pro Door Doctor for any garage door needs: repairs, replacement, or maintenance. Great communication, prompt arrival, very friendly, and top notch result. Not only did he repair my garage door that was hit by a car, he showed me how to keep up with the maintenence to prolong its life. Keep up the great work Bill, thanks!

They ARE pros. They were here when they said they'd be and knew exactly what the problem was. James seems very knowledgeable and was extremely courteous. Repair was accomplished quickly and to my complete satisfaction at a reasonable charge. Can't ask for more than that. Second service call to install new opener was done efficiently at a reasonable price. James made sure we had all the details about operating the new opener and reprogrammed our existing entry keypad. Highly recommend.

Had my garage door tracks raised, to accommodate a car lift. New tracks and new motor installed within just a couple of days after contacting them. Communication was outstanding, texts of the scheduled appointment and a text when they were on their way. All employees were extremely courteous and mindful of their work and they carried off all old parts. This review only allows 5 stars, but they deserve 10!

The very best service anyone could expect. The technician I had was Mike, probably the most Polite, experienced employee I could have hoped for. He was able to take my 20yr. Old Garage door and almost make it new. The total cost to rebuild my old door was, let's just say it was a great deal. Ps. Call the door doctor when you want it fixed right. Thank y'all so much.

This company is one of the best I have ever done buisness with. I had real concerns over an installation from another company and explained my situation. The owner Bill took the time to personally come out and take a look right away. He made the discovery that our door was incorrectly installed and was falling off the track. It could have fallen at any moment on my freshly painted car. Trust me when I tell you, you will not regret calling this company. His courteous response and professionalism is far beyond what I expected. You will not be disappointed.

Very highly recommended. Our mother in law recommended this company to us and the owner Bill came personally to evaluate and fix our problems. We live out of their normal limits and because he was referred, he still came to help us out. Bill is very professional yet friendly and his work is thorough with being very efficient. Quick, convenient repair service. They let me know when they were on their way and also showed me who was coming. Not only did they repair 1 of the coils that broke we then asked them if they could do the other door. Very polite. Definitely would recommend them. 5 stars.

Opa! William and his team did right by us. We thought our garage door was now a no-go after the flood did us dirty and bent it into a pretzel. Dr. William came out personally and was confident he could help. He gave us the quote and got to work! He had his team come out and repair it all within 2 hours - and they reinforced it too, so next time around the water may be held at bay and not turn our home into an ocean. Very impressed with sales and service. We wanted to insulate our existing double and single existing metal doors and replace the damaged gasket around the doors. We met at the showroom and were shown the different types of insulation and gasket. We scheduled the work and were pleasantly surprised the installers arrived 30 minutes early to start work. We highly recommend this company!

The owner, Bill, was great to work with on the phone and gave me the cost up front. He told me he would text me the name of the technician he was sending out before they arrived (which he did). It was a two person team and the guys were great to work with. They reviewed my issue with two different doors and not only fixed the problem, but they lubricated the door hinges and spring as well. They also charged me exactly what Bill quoted me. Great experience and plan to use them again.

All of a sudden today, the garage door wouldn't open. It would go up a third of the way and then go back down. Today was a Saturday and I called Pro Door Doctor in hopes of getting a Monday service appointment. The owner Bill, was in the area and said could come right over. Wow! Who does that these days? In no time, Bill had the garage door running like a bullet train, plus completed preventative maintenance on the other door as well. The price was fair and Bill was quite nice to talk to, he's a great guy. I would use Pro Door Doctor again without hesitation.
