Zumwalt

Update: they came out and fixed it! The first time I called the office staff could not give me a time or date they would come fix my garage door. I had to keep calling to get a date and time, well that time passed and no one showed up, so I called again. Finally they get someone comes out-Randy. He was great, funny and fixed it quick! However now the door has a gap between the floor and the door and needs to be adjusted-no one saw this before he left.

So I called the office the next day as soon as they opened and they said someone will come out in the next two business days. No one calls, so I call, they cannot guarantee anyone can come until next week, that doesn't work for my schedule. I told them what would work for me (which is the date and time they promised me last week) and now that doesn't work for them. So I am left to fix the problem myself! The only reason they get two stars is because Randy was funny!

Called the company about a sensor repair, there was inclement weather during this time but the communication was poor and I honestly think there was a prejudice due to the area that I live in.the reason I contacted the company is because it was a app suggestion that connected to the actula lift master in garage.

Had them come out and reprogram my remote control. I understand the service charge of $75. Then they charge $116 for labor. It only took 5 minutes to program. On top of that they charged shop supplies $10. They wanted to charge $116 twice because I wasn't home when the tech called. Be sure you get an estimate before letting them work on your property.

No dock, have your load to the back of the trailer prior to arrival. Also, they are on a dead end street. So be prepared to back out, or, back in prior. Very nice people, never had an issue here.

Tried several companies to get my commercial opener repaired or replaced. Zumwalt was out to our shop quickly, and returned an estimate the next day. Scheduled replacement and their tech was on time and efficient. He was friendly and personable and did an A+ job. Would recommend them to other businesses.

Super fast and professional. I called them to repair a broken belt on a thirty year old garage door opener. Even during these times when it's impossible to get parts, they made the impossible happen and my garage door is working good as new!

I use Zumwalt Corp. for several of the Condo Associations that I manage in Chesterfield/St. Louis. They are always fast, friendly, and professional. As someone who is "on call" 24-hours a day; I cannot say enough good things about their responsiveness to emergency/weekend service calls (and regular calls during business hours). They are always willing to explain the issue in detail and have gotten EVERY issue, from broken cables to bad sensors, resolved same day. The phone is always answered on the first call and they continue to follow-up until you are aware the issue has been resolved. I definitely recommend.

Awesome service. I needed one section of a door that was damaged. They took the information from the door and ordered a matching section.

I've used Zumwalt for over 15 years. A family owned company that's been in business forever. Great customer service and quick appointment times. I recently moved into a house that needed complete replacement of both door openers and quick - I had to manually lift them! I called Zumwalt and the next day they came out, quoted a price (substantially lower than three other companies) then back the next day to install my new system. Fast, friendly, clean (they picked up after themselves and PUT THINGS BACK THAT HAD TO BE MOVED) and saved me a good chunk of change! Thanks guys!
