We are absolutely are thrilled with how our home update came out. Banner Construction / Sam Piwowarczyk met with us and understood we wanted to update the exterior of our house to align with our design tastes -- we removed the 30+ year old faded siding and replaced with James Hardie siding, stone, new facia and gutters -- updated the overall design to make it more current.

It exceeded our expectations. From the stone masons to the Hardie board installers to the painters -- could not be more pleased with the overall experience and quality of the workmanship. Your company did a great job on the frame out of my fireplace. In particular, I would like Banner to know that James did excellent work. He was very neat doing a job that could probably have created quite a mess; removing a thick concrete hearth and the surrounding framing without destroying any of the contiguous carpet or walls. Both Fieldstone and Spire commented on the job, noting the neatness of the framing and the fact that the gas line was kept intact during the demolition. I will recommend Banner to anyone looking for construction help and of course hope to use your company for my own future needs.

I was put in touch with banner through James Hardie for a siding project. One of their guys came out shortly after contacting them, we discussed the project, he took some pictures and said he would send them to Hardie and get back to me with a rough quote and set up a meeting time to go into more detail. He called with the quote and said he would call me on monday to set up another meeting.

I waited until friday to email him asking what the status was. He emailed back saying he would call that afternoon. The call never happened either. Must not need my business that bad. This was well over a month ago now. I'll be going elsewhere. In reply to the response below, i had made it clear from the very beginning the situation with the job. The siding was originally part of a prior job however the siding had never been touched by the last contractor. Nothing was ever said that this would be a problem.

We are so happy that we hired Banner Construction to install James Hardie siding on our home! From the initial meeting with Sam Piwowarczyk, to the final clean up and inspection, every member of the Banner team was professional, accommodating and meticulous. They delivered the quality they promised, on time and on budget. The final results are terrific! We couldn't ask for more, and will happily use them for our next home improvement project!

After reviewing Banner we decided to go with them for all of our external updates - new roof, gutters, siding with soffits and facia. My house looks fabulous! I feel like I have moved into a new home! People have stopped in front of my house to take photos of it. Banner was professional and knowledgeable with our historic restoration. The quality of their work is impeccable. I have recommended them to several others already! Banner Construction did a great job with a recently completed project to replace the roof, windows, and siding on my home. I wanted James Hardie Board siding and it was important to me that I choose a contractor that is highly qualified to use these materials. I have a lot of professional experience managing projects and construction contractors. I have very high performance expectations and am attentive to the details. We had cedar siding and researched siding companies in the area and had several come to the house. We told each salesperson we were not ready but trying to get a ballpark of how much it would cost so we could budget for the project. Banner took the time to explain what we would and would not expect, plus offered to talk to his team about a short-term repair - the only company out of the 6 that was willing to do that but also respected the fact that we were not ready and was not "pushy".

We were impressed with the communication and attention to detail. Banner was very clear in stating what, and when things would happen. They repeatedly checked and rechecked to see if we had any questions and were satisfied so far with the project. They really didn't fall short."

We chose Banner because its representative, Sam Piwowarczyk, was straight-forward with us and showed that he wanted to help us resolve every choice we had to make by doing the job "right", with a long-term viewpoint. Their proposal was the most thorough and well thought-through proposal we received.

It was not the cheapest, but we felt it was the best. It gave us confidence that Banner would do the job completely and would not cut corners. Banner was at our house for several weeks, and their guys worked really hard every day. They were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They responded immediately when we had questions. Banner finished the job last year, and we have been completely pleased with their work, with their professionalism and with the confidence that they gave us that the job was done right.

And for the real question - would we hire them again? Absolutely. We have recommended Banner to our friends, and we have hired them to come back and undertake two new projects at our house.
