Wow! What a great job by Bathfitter in my guest bathroom! I needed to remove the tub and install a shower with a low entry floor to accommodate a shower chair. I also needed sturdy safety handles. From beginning to end, this experience was perfect! Thanks to Luis, my sales rep and Yuniesky, my installer, for making sure every detail was taken care of! We selected Bath Fitter to modernize our bathroom and convert it from a tub to shower. We wanted it to be able to accommodate our needs as we get older. Bath Fitter is locally owned, makes their materials in the USA and offers a lifetime warranty. Dave Richards in sales knew his product better than the two competitors that gave us bids. We got exactly what we wanted and installer James Bingham completed the job to perfection in less than one day.
Every previous customer that I checked had nothing but good to say about their experience and I agree. There is a wait of a few weeks wait because they special order the materials and their business is booming (they have something like 12-14 crews) but its worth getting the remodel that you'll love.

I highly recommend them. Luis the sales rep was very professional and knowledgeable and gave me several great options for replacing our tub for a shower enclosure. Yuniesky came in and in less than 8 hours the job was done. Very little demolition involved, just removing the tub and replacing it with a shower panel. His work was great, very professional and courteous. Good workmanship and quality products.

My wife and I are very pleased with Bath Fitter awesome service! Luis Rodriguez and Luis Cenen were excellent! Luis R. the sales consultant was very knowledgeable, he took his time explaining each product and provided appropriate choices according to ours needs. These people have lazy workers and blame everything THEY break on something or someone else. I have had to have 2 separate tubs installed and they caused a leak costing me plumbing repairs I should have never had to pay for. Then they sent their own plumber who made matters even worse when he was here to fix the issue. Every time I call, it takes more than a week or two to get someone else out here to fix the problem THEY created. Meanwhile, I have one shower in my home.
They are very inconsiderate and do not think of or take anything as an emergency. They simply do NOT care about anyone. Lifetime warranty for lifetime problems. Save your money people.

Well, Were to start Bathfitter came in to give us an estimate on tub replacement etc(Patrick) was a really nice guy and we proceeded with the install, (Patrick the installer arrived)And started the project, I should have known right away what I was in for as the van he was driving was a disaster inside what a mess, As the install proceeded the rough in was exactly that rough, Now in all fairness to these guys I have been involved in the construction industry for 50 years so I have some skin in the game!
I immediately raised my concerns to the installer, And this is where I have we run into issues I called Patrick the salesman to voice my concerns sent some photographs to him and was told the this is the rough in and it will not be seen, Not the best answers for me it looked like he cut the wood etc with a knife and fork, It Took a while for Patrick to come over and look at the progressHe assured me that it would be taken care of, So Patrick the installer returned and I sat with him and explained what I thought was clear instructions as to Tradesman to tradesman, The project was completed on December 24th, To say they least it was a disaster trim was loose and fell off the drain was plugged with silicone, the shower head was loose and the whole thing piping in the wall was not secure, The main spout for the bath was not connected properly, Now this is were I have a lot of trouble with Bathfitter They do not have any Quality control system, I called and wrote and texted them sent photos etc, etc but it was maybe 2 weeks before I finally had Patrick the salesman come and look at it, He agreed that immediate changes were needed, The girls on reception were very helpful, But it took nearly a month for Orlando (manager) to bring Patrick (installer) back to correct the major items! Now the bathroom is complete it took quite a bit of Teeth Nashing to get there, and the product looks great, They just really needed better Quality Control.

I want to say that my husband&I are extremely satisfied with the service we received from bath fitters. Bath fitters installed a bathtub over our old bathtub and the color, measurements, &installation was pleasant, clean, and professional job from the beginning to end of the installation process. Had a walk in shower installed on 12-1-21. Noticed a water line leaking in my laundry room, it was coming a fitting they installed called a plumber because it had all ready damaged some drywall in my laundry room contacted bathfitter 3 times left messages all three times can't get a callback. I believe a company is only as good as there customer service I suggest you look at other companies.

What I wrote on The Consumer Affairs website as well: I am disappointed to write this - but our experience was awful, the timelines were not communicated, and bathfitter seemed to need to come back to my home quite a bit. The design consultation: Our Sales Person needed to measure 3 different times, ordered the wrong parts and gave no idea of timeline for installation. Installation: 2 months later we can finally install!
Only to find out that the valve I was told they needed to order for us was for Moen fixtures only? We had Delta fixtures - which was consistent from when the salesperson initially spoke to us to the install date, with no indication of that being an issue - until we couldnt install because we didnt have a valve. Installation attempt #2: 4 days later, no window for time when they would arrive - missed a wedding shower for a wedding my husband and I are both in.
They installed but we had no hot water coming from the tap (This was discovered a couple of days later). Installation fix #1: After calling and being passed around on the phone, Donna was able to get the installer out to fix the hot water issue. We were having guests in town and having a working shower was really critical. My being very direct that this needed to be fixed NOW, on the 3rd attempt, was absolutely necessary. Donna decided to tell the installer I was having a "meltdown".
Both Professionalism and Sexism are being tested. The installer comes in no mask (i dont mind but i like to be at least asked.) and starts to call me SWEETIE, and INFORM ME THAT I WAS HAVING A MELT DOWN ACCORDING TO DONNA - which is why he was here. I show him the fixture in question, and note that it is not installed correctly - it looks "ajar" as well as no hot water.
I note I have renovated a bathroom with the same fixture selection at a previous home and this should not be the case. I wanted him out of my house. I settled for my shower controls to look poorly installed (but at least hot water) so he would just leave. I called to confront Donna about this - no answer no response. Here this review is. $8k later - offended with a poorly installed product.

I'm only giving one star because there is no option to continue with zero stars. We just had our tub removed and a walk-in shower installed 2 days ago. Went to take my first shower this morning and no water whatsoever was draining out of the shower. Nothing. Called Bath Fitters and talked to Jeff who basically told me it was not their problem.
To call a plumber. Was told that our installer told us we had a "slow" drain--which he did--but AFTER the install was complete, the whole unit was in, and we were paying our bill. I told him this was not just slow. It was NOTHING, and then why didn't he tell us before he installed the unit when everything was ripped apart. We were told they don't do that because they have to keep working.
So my advice--go somewhere else. Get another quote. They're super nice and tell you they'll take care of you when you're signing that contract, but then you're on your own. This is our only bathroom, and now we have a beautiful new shower that we spent $9,000 on and we can't even use it.

I am very pleased with the outcome of my new shower. Luis in sales was polite and knowledgeable in his presentation of the services. Yuniskey, the installation tech was professional and got the job done. From start to finish it was a pleasant experience. There was good problem solving during the appnt and the service was punctual. Once the selections were made, it was pretty hassle free for us. Yuniskey left everything in pristine condition, and I thank him for being honest in his recommendations. Highly recommend this company.

The Bath Fitter project was outstanding from start to finish. Pedro, Sales Rep, provided us with a great quote and let us know about all promotions that made the decision to go with Bath Fitters an ease. He was professional and his communication during the whole project was stellar. On the day of install, Yuniesky was at the house as scheduled. He laid a path to protect the flooring which was greatly appreciated.
He was very organized and also professional from the start to the end. The craftsmanship was outstanding and he was very clear about the instructions for its first use as well as when and what we could use to clean it. Yuniesky went over all the features we requested and made sure all the fixtures worked explaining even the features on them. Yesterday was the day the incredibly old and ugly tub (with the scary black piranha stickers) and shower was going away and I was to have a beautiful new walk-in shower in the house I had purchased only six weeks ago. Justin and Vaughn showed up right on time! Now, as it happened, I was also having my electric meter that is mounted on a post changed out and the power to the house had to be shut off.
Not to worry - Justin and Vaughn were troopers and just went with the flow and made it happen anyway! They worked in the dark all day except for 2 camping lanterns and a flashlight and one very skinny window near the ceiling. They were very polite and friendly and were careful of my new flooring and toilet. They laid rubber mats from the outside door to the bathtub and a large tarp on the outside deck where they worked with the pieces before they brought them into the house.
They were also very respectful towards the two guys working on the electric meter and post. The result is Amazing and Beautiful. I could not have asked for better service; from Ashley who answers the phone, to Sarah who came to the house, showed me the product, and took my order, to Justin and Vaughn who worked in the dark all day long to create one very beautiful walk-in shower in only one day! The installation was extremely telling. The young man, who did not have a plumbing license arrived on time and alone. I assisted him to remove and carry the bathtub out of our basement and he was neat and thorough. He started at 8:30 am and was done by 5pm. However, bathfitter claim that they use acrylic sheets is the first item I now question. Their "material" was in a large roll.
It was a shock to find that it was only 1/8" thick. It was secured to the walls with double stick " tape". The product gives the feel/ impression that it's solid and thick but it's 1/8" thick and like plastic. I kept a sample to get it checked if it's really an acrylic. The salesman quibbled about my not telling him about a window but my pics to him clearly showed it.
I will carefully monitor the product and it's "lifetime" warranty but I can not recommend them or their product. It cost use dearly $5000 but with the plastic pieces it is not worth it. I just edited this review and dropped the rating to 1. Why? I received a call from a "Rick" who was kind and sought to explain the 1/8" issue. There are many other bath remodel companies to choose from. Please save yourself potential headaches and missed deadlines, and select a competitor. We had 2 bathrooms remodeled in Oct 2020 at a cost just under $10k. We were on a tight schedule doing a complete remodel on a rental property getting ready to sell. We had to contact our salesman to get updates about the install when dates were missed.
The day after installation, our carpet layer noticed water in one of the bedrooms. Immediately we called our salesman who had our lead tech on our job call us. He found that upon removing drywall a nail was pounded in instead of removed which punctured a water line. He cut large holes in the drywall in the garage and the bathroom to find the leak and repair it.
Two days later a worker came to repair the drywall however he expected us to pay and apply the wall texture. We paid the carpet layer $40 for his inconvenience to come back to lay the carpet after the floor dried from the leak. These delays caused us to miss the weekend open house date set by our realtor. I asked our salesman if Bathfitter would compensate us for our loss.
He told me that he doubted that they would do anything because we received a discount. I told him that we selected Bathfitter because of the price after the discount. It was suggested that we didn't lose very much so we should just drop it. Really? Why should we lose anything when we just spent almost $10k? NO ONE from this company contacted us about the problem at our property. Workers make mistakes however management should practice good customer service.

We had both a basement shower and a main floor bath redone. Basement: Incorrect measurements, had to finish weeks later. Looks good, but factory issue with door. Ok, still waiting on door after a couple months, but at least we can use it. Just have to clean up a water mess after every shower. Main floor: Horrible job! At a quick glance, it looks ok, until you see the terrible caulking job, the very ugly job on the edging, small holes at seams where water could get under tub, curves in the walls. Yes, the walls aren't even flat.
The acrylic liner over the tub isn't solid, I can push it in a ways until it sticks to the existing tub, but it doesn't stay there long. The installer even broke the wall in my linen closet, which they still haven't repaired. Not just a small issue, the wall is split in half. It was a terrible job, which was done early January. Still trying to get it fixed, over 2 months later.
Have to use the small basement shower mentioned above. There's always an excuse as to why it's not fixed. They got payed, quite a bit I might add, and I'm worse off than when I started. We've tried to remain calm and patient, but it's gotten beyond ridiculous. Would I recommend bathfitter? Absolutely not! Customer service is terrible, and fast isn't even on the table. Two months later, and they haven't received, maybe not even ordered, what they need to fix the issues.

Disappointed doesn't even begin to describe what I think of Bath Fitter. Overall, a horrible experience and would HIGHLY recommend looking anywhere but Bath Fitter for a bath/shower remodel. They don't hold up to their claim of a one-day install, and have terrible customer service. Don't waste your time or money.

The sales team was very professional and the bid was much more competitive than anyone else. Bath Fitter's product does not stain, appears simple to clean, and carries a lifetime warranty. Update. Spoke to Bath Fitters awhile ago. They wanted to let me know they were going to replace the shower fixture. But, it's going to take a month. Yes, a month. The woman who called was rude and a total "B". First she told me they couldn't find me in there system and did not know how to reach me. Hmm. I gave them my name and number before.
Then she kept implying that I did not know how to clean a shower fixture because this happens to EVERYONE in Utah. Huh? Never heard that one before. She must think people in Utah are stupid. She also was mad at me for doing a bad review. I didn't know I had to call them to see if it was ok to give them a bad review. But, the lady in scheduling is very nice. She's really trying to help.
I think her name is Shannon. So, they still get one star just because of this one rude woman. Shannon and the installer are very nice. Oh, the "B" also told me my name and number went to the corporate office so St George never got the message. That was my fault too, this woman was this interesting. Things are not better with bath fitters. The used car salesman approach used at this location are insulting. They left out the fact that theres a 3 day period where you can cancel with them after their sales pitch to get you to agree on the spot. I have been in contact with the corporate office & the manager Rick. Corporate has little sway with this location since it is family owned.
My advice is to run not walk from their $5000.00 plastic wrap. Dont make the same mistake i did by taking their word for it. I have now been strong armed into keeping their services or I would lose my $1000.00 deposit. Personally i dont even want these guys in my house do your research first. If I could do it again id go with re-bath so buyer beware & do your homework first before dealing with this company

My Dad had met them at a Home show and they told him that they could do his tub in 4 hours! (All over their Yelp, it advertises in a day or leas soooooo.) They came in and didn't finish in one day, in fact it took almost 3. My Dad paid a premium price just so they could get it all done in one day! My Mom has dementia and can't handle anything out of her routine. That's specifically why my Dad chose them.
And on top of that, they damaged a light fixture, messed up one of the corners on the tub and the guy who did it all ghost'd my 78 year old Dad! I called and was answered by Jessica who was very rude and literally didn't care what my problem was and was finally able to talk to Shelby, the office manager. (She has been the only polite professional person through all this but she has no power.) I ended up talking to Rick, the owner, and he STILL HASNT RESOLVED IT!
If I ran my business like this, I'd be out of business. Rick said a lot of words and didn't say anything. He was super passive aggressive and emailed my Dad back instead of calling him and making it right! Rick sado that they never promise it can be done all in one day which is bull crap! This company is pathetic and it starts at the top and trickles all the way down to Jessica the receptionist.

We had the surrounding of our tub replaced. Tyson showed up on time and not only stripped the old, nasty stuff away but he also raised our shower heads and cleaned up the mess on the edges of the tub from our previous remodel. I am actually proud to show off my new tub surround. Thank you so much Bath Fitter for a fabulous product but especially thank you to Tyson for an amazing job with the installation.

Our experience with Bath Fitter was a good one. Rick the estimator came out and wasn't the typical "salesman". Was very personable, knowledgeable and listened to what we were wanting. Tyson our installer did a great job as well. He put in an extremely long day and did an exceptional job. He was very personable as well. The only drawback was the two month wait from salesman to install but it looks awesome!
