Yearsley's Service

I have used Yearsley's Service 4 times now in the last several years for locksmith services and garage door repairs, and I have always had very positive experiences. The office staff responds immediately, the service technicians are knowledgable and get the work done promptly, and everyone on the team is always friendly and polite. Highly recommended!

Poor service and Rude. I went there only because they were listed as service warranty provider for my equipment. When I showed up asking for service, I was told from the guy that he "wasn't going to wait on hold with [the manufacturer]" so I had to call myself. So I went home, made the call to the manufacturer, explained to the service agent what happened.

The agent, who was helpful, volunteered to call Yearsley's and get them the info they needed. I was on hold. The agent came back and said "Man, they were rude". Anyway, when I showed up a second time now that things were settled, it still wasn't smooth but I was able to get it done. But while I was at the counter, one of the repair man was ridiculing one of owners of the piece of equipment he was repairing, calling him stupid. I am sorry.but not within earshot of other customers. Just bad people.

Pleasant and professional. Great experience with Yearsley's from start to finish in diagnosing and installing new garage door openers. When they say they'll call, they call. When they say they'll come, they come. Nick is an expert in his craft and cares about his work. Pricing was explained clearly and was fair. And awesome customer service and communication from Chris and his team in the office. Can't recommend highly enough.

Perfect place to get my car keys cut. In and out in five minutes

When we bought our house each lock on the doors was a different key. Also the front door was a different brand of lock then the back door. Dave from Yearsley's did a great job installing the new lock and keying them all the same. Both doors function better than they did before! I have never been so excited to have one key for my whole house!

A couple of days ago we had an issue with our garage door. We called Yearsly's and their technician Nick was at our home within a couple of hours. He was very professional and knowledgeable, and solved the issue very rapidly and to our entire satisfaction. This is the second time we called them for a repair, the first time a few years ago was also with Nick and we were also very satisfied. For excellent locksmith services we know whom to call!

One of their trucks just cut me off. The driver didn't want to wait for the car in front of them to turn so he pulled into my lane. If I hadn't slammed on my brakes, I would have hit him. I would not give my business to this company. Rude aggressive driver.

Wonderful service. Knowledgeable staff with excellent follow through. They have replaced my garage door, serviced my locks and even repaired my snowblower. Chris is a great guy!

Called today at 4:40 when my wife couldn't get our door open. The woman who answered was rude and snarky. She also wouldn't send someone out because they close at 5. We live 5 minutes away. We used Della Polla's Supreme Edge in Havertown instead. Do yourself a favor and don't bother calling Yearsley's if you're in a pinch.

The best locksmith in philly area.has all the best exclusive equipment, like shlage primus.the best there is.they have the best equipment n employeees in the business.i have 20 years in with them n my clients i bring to them are very fussy n particular clients in the mainline of philly.thx yearsleys

I have used Yearsley's for years. They have serviced my locks, garage doors and even my lawn equipment. They have always been professional and knowledgeable. Wonderful company that treats you right.

We took a snowblower here as suggested by the manufacturer for a service and repair. The associate was surly when I dropped the machine off and then one week later called to tell us that he had "spent too much time working on our machine" and that it was unable to be fixed and in pieces on the shop floor. He also wanted us to allow him to send it to the scrap yard.

Why would I let this shop make money by selling my machine for parts? Only take your snowblower here if you like lousy service and want your machine to be more broken than when you first brought it in. If I could give this joke of a repair shop negative stars, I would.
