I just had all my windows replaced--a huge investment--but I can already feel how much cooler my house is! I usually have to keep my AC at 68 but now it's at 70. The new windows and screens look so much better and the guys carefully rehung all my blinds, shades and curtains. Nice crew--they worked through 95 degree heat and a rainstorm for 2 days. Highly recommend.

Great experience with the whole Matus team. They installed a new set of Marvin windows on our house quickly, cleanly, and efficiently. Later, when we discovered that there were some manufacturing issues with the valances, they came back and fixed everything without issue. They stand behind their work and it shows.

Bought a single new construction window when remodeling from Matus Windows a couple of years ago. Had them quote for full house replacement and they were competitive. Since I was happy with my original purchase I went with them for the replacements and I am glad I did. Windows are great and the installation was even better. They are a well oiled machine. fast, efficient and very thorough.

In and out in less than a day to install 20 windows and when they were done you didn't know they had been here - other than having new windows. Very careful and cleaned up extremely well. Great job!

Matus sold me a storm door and installed it. it was put in without a seal so water came in and damaged my wood floor. They would not pay for the damage so I had to sue them. I won the suit, but the owner told me at the courthouse that he was not going to pay me a cent, which he did not. Their customer service and attitude stink. Do not do any business with them!

Matus windows did a great job with our original casement windows in a 100 year old mock tudor in east falls. Value for pricepoint was incredible.

So very happy with the patio window installation that was done in 2016. Enclosed my three season patio. But what has me writing this review is the follow up service. Heat and cold did some damage to a cap on the outside. I called this morning. Was told that someone would call and they would have someone out this week. They came today and already fixed by 2pm. So awesome! Nice friendly guys too! If I ever need to redo windows in my home or do another project - I am calling these guys again!

We waited a long time to replace our old windows. Matus was the right choice. Michael was professional but easy-going, no hard sell. The installation crew was pleasant, concientious and thorough. We chose a clean, modern window lower in the price range, and are completely happy with our selection. We will recommend Matus to anyone in need of replacement windows, and storm doors also.

We just had the majority our windows replaced here at our office. The guys couldn't have been nicer, they were prompt, efficient, courteous, and worked at a steady pace to properly install our new windows. Quality is amazing and we are enjoying a quieter and warmer office! Thank you!

I can't recommend them enough! From estimate to finish I was impressed. John, who gave me the estimate was very knowledgeable and professional and gave good suggestions and ideas. On the day if instillation the crew showed up exactly at 8:30 on the dot, when they said they would. A crew of 4 guys, nothing but professional. They even helped me with a small side job for a very reasonable price the same day as the window installation.

The job was done a month ahead of schedule (which I was thrilled with). Most importantly there was a very small issue with one of the windows being installed and the foreman Jim was upfront and honest with me and immediately made right on the issue. What a great company. Our patio looks amazing, like a new addition, and all the windows were done custom.

Absolutely fantastic service and quality from Matus Windows! We had a wonderful experience from the time we walked into the showroom to brainstorm ideas for our front window to the installation! The installers were great and left the room spotless when they removed the old window and installed the new one! Highly recommend them and will be referring them to everyone that needs a window replaced!

Worst customer service ever! Late. Don't return phone calls. Don't show up for appointments. Gee, all I wanted was to give them $5000 for a French door- who knew they would make it so hard?

I do not recommend this company for windows. If the windows or installation do not turn out to be defective, then this company is fine; but unfortunately you won't know until it's too late. EVERY company should be pleasant and clean during installation (they shouldn't get extra stars for that), but how they stand behind their product is the true test of integrity and how to measure a business.

We had water leaking just a week after installation. They came out to look 'fix' it but never resolved anything except having us replace our entire roof prematurely and do unnecessary brick-pointing on the house (which we did because we trusted them). When they had nothing else to blame, they stopped caring about their defective product.

This one large window ended up costing us many thousands of dollars simply because they would NOT accept that the window was defective in some way and they would not replace it. The window continues to be a problem. Frustrating and unprofessional is how I would describe dealing with this company. A horrible expensive experience

Called Matus to repair window they installed 9 years ago. Was quoted $125 to come and look at window, and told parts were probably no longer available. I sent photos of problem area and did not have a reassuring feeling that (he) knew what the problem was. (Broken coil balance). I found parts on line for under $10 and will have my handyman do the repair.
