Services
Opening a shop is easy, but keeping it open is an art. Making it thrive takes passion. I built my first safe in 1982 when my daughter was born, so that I would have a secure place for my guns. From there, my hobby turned into a business. I love a challenge, and I love what I do. When I started this business 30 years ago, I did so out of my passion for protection.

Wow. This will be extreamly tough to express my experience through words. Here it goes. Personally met with Jamie. He handled the ordering. Being patient through the process was needed due to the demand and supply issue toward the end of 2021. Jamie kept in very good standings with communications. I bothered him so he never had to call and update me lol.
That man was very busy. Considering they are a world wide business. When the door arrived and I thought I and two other friends were going to be able to get this installed most people would think it was nuts. I had to go down a flight of steps. with around a 800lbs door. A few glasses of Whiskey later and we think one hernia we had the door snug and installed. Now, knowing everything was ordered over the phone and it's not your normal process where they come out and measure they have to go off of what you or a professional provide them.
And me, being a professional, gave them measurements which they got 100% perfect. Sometimes there are slight measurements that sway but they actually take consideration for those. Jamie stayed with me through the whole process from start to finish. Great quality product! This was a large investment that I am still happy three months after. And the best part. Made in the USA. Lots of delays which is understandable with supply chain issues. The frustrating part was the communication. I had to continually call and email to get answers. Once it shipped, I was hit with $1000 shipping charge that was not in the quote. Since it was 2-1/2 months late, I lost my installer. I finally got the door installed to find a deep scratch right at eye level.
I am assuming it was shipping damage but there was no visible damage to the packaging. When I asked about it, I was told to spray some paint on it and hit with a Brillo pad. Poor service and pricey for what you get. I do like the look of the door but the experience was painful.
