With glass breakage, both safety and security are immediately at risk. Children, family, friends, or pets could risk serious injury, and your home may no longer be secure. When you need glass replaced in your home, remember that Fenton Glass Service is fully licensed, bonded and insured. We're dedicated to doing business right and putting you first.
Depending on the design and size of your shower or bath, a framed enclosure may be your best fit. Because it's structurally stronger than most frameless units due to the metal component, a frame lets you choose lighter 1/4 glass, and can be less expensive. Framed units may also be more water tight due to the close tolerances and flush joints.

We used Fenton Glass to install a custom shower enclosure/door and two custom vanity mirrors. I am so happy that we went with them as the shower and the mirrors turned out absolutely beautiful! I really am impressed with the shower/mirrors and also the service/communication. I worked with Todd to measure and schedule appointments, and then Jon and Jason came out to complete the install.
Everyone was super helpful and friendly. The one mirror that they went to install had a flaw that they spotted on site, so they even took it back to the shop to fix and returned the same day to finish installing. They took pride in their work and it shows in the quality of the final product. They also kept me updated with when they would be on site and were on time. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and will be using them in the future for any glass related needs.

In reference to windshield repair, ask questions/make sure you fully understand what they can fully fix and what they can only stop from getting worse. Made that mistake and it cost me 50 bucks. Had I known they could only fix the chip and not the small cracks around it I would've never had it done. Oh and my windshield can only be replaced with a factory one, so your 50 dollar credit towards a new one does nothing.

Perfect place to go if you're looking for a bait and switch. Salesman showed me a shower door system in his catalog. After we agreed on price he installed something else, a lower model system, while I was out of town. When I asked what happened he basically just told me to deal with it and that its fine and I still owe full price but he would make it up to me next time. My wife is still pissed

Fenton glass installed my auto window, soon after a crack appeared for no apparent reason. I contacted Fenton glass to discuss the issue but didn't get a return call. I then took my vehicle to 3 glass companies for a quote, each told me they could take care of it but each one advised me that it was not installed correctly and to take it back to the company that installed it ( Fenton glass).
I called Fenton glass several times with no return call. Finally I stopped at the Fenton glass store and the owner looked at my window. He agreed it was not installed correct and would check pricing and window availability and get back to me. 1 month later I called for a follow up as I had not heard back and left a message. A couple days later the owner called me and stated he found a window but I would need to pay $700.00.
I asked why I owe any money as it was not installed correct. His response was "that's the best I can do". I told him I'd get back to him let me check with my insurance company. I ended up leaving 4 messages and Fenton glass over a 3 month period. To date I have never gotten a response, I even stopped at the store and was told the owner was handling my file and he was not in.
I ended up using one of the original 3 companies when I was in Columbus Ohio and they contacted the manufacturer which covered the entire expense. Not a dime out of my pocket.

Had a screen replaced for a friend, it took "8" days! Went to pick it up and they said it was written on the paper that someone tried to call to say it was ready after "4" days but no one could recall calling and we received NO phone call. No discount for the inconvenience and customer service was non- existant. What a shame. We won't be back.
