Very disappointed. Visited the showroom and they were nice. We own an old farm house so everything has to be custom so they set a "sales rep" to our house. Again nice. However the "sales rep" offered little to no input. Promised a quote in 2 days. Its been almost a month and crickets. They are highly rated however my experience was awful

Spent a lot of money replacing my windows last fall and the owner has not addressed my concerns of the color mismatch of the window vs. the molding around the frame that was installed. I picked the color and assumed the molding would match but it does not. It stands out. I have asked for help over 5x times with no response and no discussion.

Very courteous, willing to make appointments to accommodate our schedule. Very knowledgeable about the products that they offer. Todd was very patient and understanding with our anxiety over making such a big purchase. On time delivery. Had one problem with a damaged window screen discovered during install and that was taken care of very quickly and politely. Installers were great.

They never stopped working from the time they arrived to the time they left every day. Cleaned up after themselves, explained things to me when I had questions and everything looks beautiful.

Yesterday Oxbow Window installers replaced 6 widows and a patio door. The quote process was very easy and Todd supplied me several quotes for different options. He was not pushy like other salesmen. The installers were very courteous and professional. They wore masks indoors and cleaned up after themselves. The windows and door seem very high quality. I recommend Oxbow Windows

We are very, very happy with the windows (aesthetics, fit, finish and function) and Oxbowindo services (business development, contracting, service and installation). We already feel a noticeable change in interior temperature and lack of draft in the house. While your business hours are unusual and required some adjustment on our part (being conditioned to Amazon Prime), the value (quality and price) is worth the adjustment. We will continue to endorse Oxbowindo to our friends.

I would NOT use this company. In September 2018, they gave me a quote of $36,000 for a rip out and install all of the windows in my house. I said I was going to wait until the spring. I called in February 2019 and said I wanted them to do my job. The owner, Todd, told me he would put me in the calendar for installation for the end of May and that he would send me a contract.

I called every week for 9 weeks asking for the contract and how much of a deposit I needed to send. Every week I was told by Todd "I'm sorry Gina, I will send it to you today, I promise". It's June 12th and still haven't heard from them. Needless to say I have found another company!

Thank you Todd. I purchased my windows on my entire home (23 Windows and 1 patio door) 2.5 Years ago. They are still like new. Chris and the rest of the installers were fantastic and did a very neat and clean job. This was not a small job with I was impressed with the then and still extremely happy with the products and the services. I have referred OxboWindow to friends and contractors alike and will continue to do so.

Todd, Debbie and the rest of the team at Oxbowindo do a great job and represent great products. My wife and I have replaced two walkout doors - one sliding and one French and both are manufactured well. The installer who worked on both doors is OUTSTANDING. The fit and finish is FAR above par. My wife and I simply love these doors! So much so that we are planning on replacing an additional door and several windows and we know Todd will take care of us.

And as far as the one comment about leaving several messages and never receiving a response back.that has not been our experience. On the contrary, Todd has returned every call within 24 hours and the response via email has been fantastic as well. Great company, great products, great people!

We had a great experience with Oxbowindo. They did a fantastic job and we are happy with our new windows. The Oxbowindo team was personable, professional, and cleaned up after they were finished. Even the alarm company when they came out to reconnect the alarm contacts in the windows and door walls kept saying that they did great work (apparently not all window companies do a good job in reattaching the alarm wires in the windows).
