Just got the whole house (13) windows, a bay window, a bow window and four sliding doors replaced this week by Thermal Shield. Everyone was great to work with from Jeff, salesman, Amy & Denise, office, and Matt & Tim who installed the windows. They also replaced windows in our previous home and was pleased with the work done so went with them even though they were just slightly more than some of the other quotes.
I really appreciated Amy keeping me updated with the delay due to covid-19 and always returning my calls. Matt & Tim I wish I could give them 10 stars. They were outstanding and a great team. Amazing work with the windows along with caulking, insulation and clean up. We had a bow and a bay window, so they had to do extra work around the windows and they look fantastic.

I was looking to upgrade a doorwall prior to listing my house for sale. Unfortunately it's a custom size and the delivery/installation timeframe doesn't make it worthwhile for me to do. I was completely impressed with their product knowledge and guidance during the estimate appoitment, and will definately be using them with my next home rennovation.

Very impressed with Thermal Shield Windows. We needed 5 windows and a door wall. Had other companies come out and their quotes were astronomical! Contacted Thermal Shield, there sales person was great, and so was the price he quoted. They were very patient with our schedule for installation, we had to reschedule a few times due to our schedules, and one time they had to due to weather which is totally understandable.
The installation crew came yesterday, and they guys were great! And they did amazing work! I totally recommend this company for any window needs. We will be using them again in the future! Very Very Happy!

We were looking for a quote for siding to our wood sided home. I told them I had no idea the cost. We had already gotten a quote from another company for our roof but when Jeff was here he said we can do that. Then we mentioned gutters and he assured us they can to that also. Then the front door was mentioned due to the draft of the old door and again he assured me they could handled that also.
So we contracted them to do the whole project and could not me more pleased. Sales, office help and Matt and crews were all amazing. The product is excellent and the workmanship was above anything we expected. We would highly recommend this fantastic local Waterford company to anyone. You won't be sorry.

We just had 10 windows installed today. Went with the Ultimate 2000 by Alside. Before this, we had about 7 or 8 estimates from other companies. We went with Thermal Shield because they use the same install team for all the jobs, had fair pricing, the salesman seemed honest and answered my many questions, and they were perfectly fine with us shopping around and getting quotes.
No high sales pressure or temper tantrums when we said we had others coming out to quote. Installation went well, the installers were on time, professional and friendly. Windows look good and are so much nicer, and far quieter then the old drafty ones we had. I would purchase more windows from them in the future.
