We could not be more pleased with our new sliding door and windows. The door and windows arrived when promised and the work of installing them was done in a timely manner. The installers completed the work in a day, cleaned up and did an excellent job. Would highly recommend this company.

CW&D was one of three companies that we quoted for our window replacement project phase 1. They were simply head and shoulders above in every aspect. The initial consult with Tim was extremely thorough and educated us on the options we had. Tim was readily available for several questions and even came back to house to review some final aspects of our project.

The install team lead by Steve and his sons was top notch. Professional, spotless, courteous, polite and extremely well done. We will hire this team again for phase two without hesitation. We couldn't be happier with the entire process and our new windows! Be sure to understand your options when it comes to window replacements - not all are as they appear.

Had 5 windows and a door wall installed. From the beginning I was impressed with the presentation and the est. schedule given to me which was accurate. The installers showed in January. Ryan & Bryan were courteous and professional. Made sure every detail was right. They tried to keep the mess down and did a good job on cleanup and re-checked all windows before leaving.

I also had wan & jeff come out to replace a bad vinyl cap they were also great. I give the whole Crew an 8 Would use again. I noticed a difference in the cold radiating off the windows it was a lot less compared to my old windows which were not leaking

This was our second house we have remodeled. Which turned into a complete rebuild. We ordered 39 windows and a couple custom doors. One of the best experiences we had throughout the build as a general contractor. From the showroom to the owner personally delivering our final last minute added window. Start to finish customer service 15/10, pricing 15/10, product 15/10. Use them!

We recently had Clarkston Windows replace two windows in two separate bedrooms and two dormers in the living room. From the first consult with Tim St. Dennis to the final installation step, Clarkston Windows' team was absolutely top-notch; especially the two gentlemen that did the installation. They were friendly, fast, professional and extremely helpful and considerate. We highly recommend Clarkston Windows and plan on using them again in the near future.

I used them twice before and it was ok, the price was high but they did a good job. I needed a door wall installed so I called them. The salesmen Jeff talked down to me. I am a woman business owner and I knew exactly what I wanted. He was very condescending but it was the holiday period so I sucked it up and waited for the quote. After calling every couple of days, Jeff said he was working on the quote or he was too busy to talk. I called the manager and he seemed nice but didn't follow through. I never got a quote. Trust me you deserve respect. Go someplace else.

We replaced all our 29 year old casement windows and patio doors. I checked out so many different companies. We were ready to sign with one company until we went to their showcase building. I set out one day googling window stores near me as I drove. Came to Clarkston windows and Doors never heard of Northstar windows I was immediately sold on their construction.

The whole process was smooth, professional, clean, and caring. We had some unique issues they had to take in confederation, but no problems at all! When they were done they were done trim and cleanup. I cannot believe how quiet my house is now. I love the screens on the casement windows! We are so happy we found them.

From the no-pressure sales pitch all the way to the install, I can't say enough good about our experience with Clarkston Window & Door. We received 5 quotes for windows and doors for our home. We felt that this company had the superior product, with a clean line look and a ton of colors which other companies didn't have all of. Tim our sales guy came and was timely, professional and friendly.

I appreciated that there wasn't a hard sales pitch like we experienced with another company. Once we came in and saw the product that is really what sold us and I'm glad we went with it. In the daunting journey to replace our aging, rotting windows, we were given a referral to Clarkston Window & Door from a friend. We called them, along with several other companies to get quotes, and were most pleased with Clarkston Windows. We were so impressed at the very first appointment we had, Tim St Dennis was very informative, he took his time to explain our options (pros & cons), made suggestions, invited us to the showroom and encouraged us to take our time to decide the options for each window and door.

No sales pressure at all. Once we decided (North Star vinyl windows), they were very accommodating to work with our schedule for installation. The installation crew, Steve and his team (Gene, Dylan, Austin & Chase) were very professional and knowledgeable. They protected our floors before getting started, worked very hard for 3 days, cleaned up and left our home very neat. We highly recommend Clarkston Window & Door. Courteous, professional, and overall great company to work with. Took some time to get doors because of the pandemic, but once they received them we were scheduled for install pretty quickly.

Great windows and sliders, installation was professional, customer service excellent. Had a problem with screen door and they came back and fixed it in short order. Would highly recommend.

Have been getting work done by Clarkston Window & Door for a few years now. Started with some garage door repairs. They just recently did the replacement for our garage door as well. All of the work has been done well by professional personnel. I have recommended them to family & friends who have also been satisfied with their work.

Great windows, great value and even better customer service. The owner, Jeff, is hands on and spent a great deal of time with me and my wife to get our order right. These Northstar windows are almost 100% customizable. My windows were installed by a carpenter (not Clarkston Window), and there were a few issues with the installation; when I called Clarkston Window to ask a couple questions, they offered to send someone out and take a look. I would highly recommend this company.

Clarkston Window and Door was amazing! They were flexible with coming for an estimate and you couldn't beat their price. Tim was excellent and did not have any cheesey or pushy sales talk. The windows came in much earlier than expected and the install went great!

These guys! Hit it out if he park with my new custom garage door and windows for my entire house. From Bill Gerken the most patient sales professional, to Chris, Charlie and Juan the install guys, my home was handled with care and the end results were awesome! My garage door is so quiet and FANCY! I am so pleased I added windows to the top row. I also really enjoy the wood grain effect.

The new windows kept us so much warmer this winter then the original windows last winter. The difference is still shocking! Stop reading this review and give them a call for a free estimate already! It's not a pushy sales they're very patient and their pricing was extremely reasonable.

My update for Clarkston Windows and Doors. At 9:30a.m. Prompt our doorbell rang. It was Clarkston Windows and Doors. May I say right up front they delivered prompt and efficient service. On Monday, December 19, 2016. I wish I'd gotten the installers name. Clarkston Windows and Doors have a winner in him. He was very professional. The courteous, gentleman worked tenaciously and had the PATIO door installed within 3 1/2 hours.

He was so meticulous when installing the door and trim. He protected the floors and cleaned up a trash and debris left over from the installation. Bravo! Clarkston Windows and Doors! I will refer you to my neighbors and friends on one condition. Send out the quintessential professional you sent to install out PATIO door! We are satisfied.

I found this company through Home Advisor. My sales person, Tim, is great. He was patient with my questions, and with me wanting to see options. He gave me some of his input to help me with my final decision. The turn around time from the initial deposit to installation was great. CWD seemed to be fair on the estimate, compared to the other two companies who quoted me.

Only my sales person was not pushy at all. The installers seem to really care about doing a fine job! I had 7large Windows and one new door, with frame, installed in my 3 season room. I will be using this company to replace my windows and doors in the rest of the home. Thank you!

Worst ever customer service. First call inquiring about Therma Tru door Quote, told me to request online so I did, no follow up for over a week. So I went to the store, was shown samples and given a quote with a couple options and color samples to take home. Went home made my decision called them back could not find my quote asked to talk to the salesman I worked with not working that day left my number to call me back. Days go by no call, So I called the salesman and told him I am ready to order and have them install it, so he said I'll have the installer call you to schedule an appointment to measure, never heard back from them.

If I'm going to spend several thousand dollars for a door, I expect more. And as a small business owner myself the customer service here is the worst, I'm suprised you have so many people pretending to work in your store!

Can't say enough good things here. We sat thru so many window sales presentations and these guys were quick, honest, not pushy and they gave us the time we needed to make our decision. We researched the project for over a year before buying and when we were ready, they were ready with the same price the quoted us. The installation crew was on time, friendly, they did a high quality job, and they cleaned up after themselves. Most importantly, we are very pleased with the quality and look of the windows.

We had all of our windows (with the exception of 3 windows that were previously replaced by Pella and Wallside) replaced by Clarkston Window and Door. The patience Tim and Jeff both had in answering my MANY MANY questions, was surprising. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, respectful, kind, and NEVER pushy. I took a really long time committing to and deciding on the windows, and they made the entire process go very smoothly.

We had the windows replaced in October 2013, and we were glad we had new windows! I agree with Tina P.'s review regarding the grid lines and prices compared to Lowes; my experience was very similar to hers. I also went to the showroom to see the different windows and again ask a million questions. Also, Steve and his crew were the BEST. I've never seen a crew work as hard as they did, and they went above and beyond! I would recommend them without any hesitation!

Jeff (owner) at Clarkston windows is fabulous. Tim wrote up the bid and was friendly & respectful (not pushy like the salesmen at some other window companies). However, before purchasing an entire houseful of new windows, I wanted to go to their showroom and see their products in person. Jeff spent easily an hour showing me the features of the Northstar windows they recommended.

Their price was exceptionally competitive, too, but the quality was better than the windows available from Lowes for the same price. Also, the Northstar windows allowed any configuration of the grid lines (grilles), whereas the windows from Lowes had limited configurations. I enthusiastically recommend Clarkston, hands-down!
