Jordan Swift did an outstanding installation of the shower. He was very professional in his approach. He communicated in detail the installation plan. He made sure that at each stage of installation I was able to give input in regards to the shower seat and shelves, etc. Jordan was very proactive in making sure that everything went smoothly. We are very happy with our new shower.

I have thoroughly enjoyed working with this company. The professionalism, timeliness and quality of both product and work completed is beyond incredible. Starting out with Carter who had to demolish a 60+ year old bathroom with two inch thick concrete, which in and of itself was probably one of the more difficult demos he has had so far, very grateful for his incredible job! Next, Adam did an amazing job with the install, completed it in one day and it was sheer perfection. Ending the remodel was Aaron who was meticulous with his flooring and vanity install, have never had a better flooring install.

These three men were very professional, considerate, on time and did a fabulous job. I would strongly recommend this company and these three men to anyone who needs a remodel done! This is the best company I have ever worked with!

We had a fantastic experience with SIR Home Improvement and our installer, Nickolas Ryan D. He was very professional and did a lovely job. They transfomed our old, out dated walk in shower with a brand new acryllic marble looking like wall panels and shower base. Nickolas was not hesitant to ask us any questions about where we wanted out shower seat and corner shelving to make sure it was the shower we hoped and wished for. We are absolutely in love and would recommend this company and Nickolas to anyone.

These folks replaced all of our windows. They were professional, meticulous, yet warm and gracious. It was as though we didn't have strangers in our home for the day. They explained all the details of the process as they worked and were very respectful of our property and belongings. I cannot recommend them enough! Would hire them against in an instant.

Two weeks later, these guys returned to replace our 50 year old basement windows, and did an equally amazing job - including going what I feel was above and beyond, crawling under a low deck to replace one. This company is top notch!

Shawn was great. He installed our shower unit. He was on time both days, very communicative in the process, explaining as he progressed. Cleaned up well. Work space was organized. After several sales calls I finally gave in and let Sir Home Improvement quote remodeling 2 bathrooms in home renovation project. After spending 15 minutes explaining what I was looking for (turnkey work to re-do 2 bathrooms, same footprint, new tile, shower, vanity & toliet). The rep insured me they could do all. When the sales rep came out, she said they don't demo, tile, plumbing, electric, drywall or paint.

So I should get that work done and they could do the shower areas. They quoted re-doing 2 regular sized showers with new 'panel' walls, floor and ceiling in these shower areas only. Quoted $35,000 for installing the panels in 2 shower areas only! Insane pricing for panels. sorry I wasted my time, don't waste yours!

SIR Home Improvement changed out our Master bath tub for a shower. Anthony was the installer. He was on time, thorough, professional and very responsive. Really a fine man and a hard worker. Very pleased.

My experience with Sir was exceptional. The entire team there is knowledgeable, professional, friendly and considerate. Frank Mumford, the owner, not only handled any questions and concerns but was personally available throughout my remodel. This company goes above and beyond to ensure customers are satisfied, and their warranties are unbeatable.

My bathroom demo was done by Owen H. and Garren P. And they were awesome. They were courteous, patient, and did a wonderful job demoing the bathroom to get it ready for install the next day. My bathroom was particularly challenging because there were several layers of tile and concrete all over the place. The demo took longer than they expected and even after it was done they took care to clean my house and were super apologetic about the noise and dust (which comes with renovations).

They took time to answer any questions and were very nice to my pup Boo (who can be temperamental, despite her small size.) Jordan and Brandon did the acrylic shower installation, dry wall, and grouted the floor in the bathroom. They really did an amazing job and were so thorough. They were super patient with all of my questions and paid attention to the things that I pointed out to them as well. It was a pleasure to work with them on this part of the renovation.

Aaron and Collin did the demolition on our old bathtub yesterday to prepare for the install of our new tub. Shoe covers & tarps were used to protect our carpet. They asked to take pictures off an adjoining wall & moved nearby items to make sure nothing would get broken due to the vibrations, and removed items from the bathroom to keep them clean. Their foresight was really appreciated.

They were knowledgeable, curtious, friendly, and did a great job. The area was left in perfect order, ready for the new tub and surround to be installed, and they assured us whoever is sent to do the install we will be pleased with the result.

Clayton's team installed a walk-in shower. From demolition to finish his work and attitude was very professional as well as personable. The only criticism I have with Sir Home Improvement, is with the project management communications with me. This may have been due to their workload coming off the covid lock down. The company stands behind their work and strives to keep the customer happy.

Anthony did a great job putting up the new shower wet space. On time and very professional. Was able to answer all questions and make suggestions. Josh did a great job installing the new flooring, toilet, and finishing up the wall repair. Kept me informed of where we are in the renovation. Both gentlemen deserve 5 stars.

We had Matthew Brocker as our installer. We had our bathtub replaced with a walk in shower. He got us involved with how we wanted the placement of soap holders and grab bars before he started the job. He was very professional in his work and when done he went over what we should do to keep it looking great. His work is very good and this company cleans up really well after they are done!

The end of March we signed a contract with this company because we were impressed with their history, product, and promised work. After the project manager came out to measure and make sure they had our design right, we were told we'd have drawings within a couple weeks. After a few weeks I called and left a message for the project manager - in fact called 3 times and sent an email with no response.

My son finally went to the office and spoke with a couple different people. They sent another person out to make sure the drawings they finally had were correct. They were not and he promised me new drawings. None was never received. After calls and an email to the owner, Frank, we finally had a return call to set up a date to begin the work. He didn't seem to know we still didn't have drawings even though the text I sent him had all that info.

When he finally called back, he said they wouldn't be able to do our project and said they would return our deposit which they did very quickly. This was in July so we had wasted 3 1/2 months trying to get our kitchen remodel all arranged only to have them decide they couldn't handle the project. If you decide to work with this company, be sure you keep track of all your contacts and don't wait too long before contacting them if you aren't getting the response as promised. I do appreciate the swiftness with which they returned our deposit after they canceled the contract.

Company installed new walk in shower to replace combo tub-shower. Although it was not the least expensive estimate we received, we were very impressed with the professionalism of the company Sir Home Improvement. We want to give a special shout out to our installer Billy. He did a super job. Everything was expertly done. He was punctual, worked long hours, efficiently cleaned everything up and removed all old stuff promptly.

He answered all of our questions. Billy is a respectful and personable young man and he takes great pride in his work. We would not hesitate to use your company and Billy for future projects.

We had new windows installed. The company was professional and on time for the initial appointment, measuring appointment, and installation. The installers, Sam and Clayton, in particular did quality work and were professionals.

I was in the market to replace my tub with a walk in shower. Russ Crabtree arrived on time and was very patient answering all my questions. As he was preparing to leave he mentioned windows and I said I would be interested in hearing more. He brought In his sample window and all the material regarding windows and patiently answering all my questions.

He returned on a total of 3 different occassions, always patient and with no pressure, before I decided to make a purchase. With the pandemic my project was delayed for several months, this however was the only negative aspect of my experience and is just the norm these days The demo of my existing tub was complete by Mike who did a great job with the clean up.

There was some miscommunication regarding the plumbing aspect of the project. The owner, Frank Mumford, Arrived with Josh the plumber the same day to get things back on track. Josh did an awesome job with the original water pipe mess in my mobile home. Jordan and Brandon completed the shower install and did amazing work, I love my shower! Sam and Clayton were in charge of my window project, installing a total of 10 windows over several days due to inclement weather.

The mobile is older and the window framing was not in good shape by any means. They installed new framing around the inside of my windows and now they look beautiful I would highly recommend Sir Home Improvements, I found everyone involved with my project to be professional and courteous. They utilized drop cloths and ensured everything was clean inside and out when the project was complete.

Sir Home does not honor their lifetime warranty. Bought windows and siding from them years ago. Was told I had a lifetime warranty that would cover anything. The lifetime warranty was even transferable to a new owner if I sold my house. The first few years were fine. The company would send someone out when I had a issue and take care of it free of charge.

After that when I called they would have someone come out to look at the issue and then call me back and tell me it's not covered. Now I have a bad window and they are telling me that the company that supplied them with the window went out of business and the lifetime warranty is no longer valid. But the could come out for around $600.00 and have a new window cartridge made and installed.

So that means they can still get the window cartridge, but not from the original supplier and I get to pay for it. This sounds very unfair and deceiving to me. I still have siding falling off my house that they have tried several time to fix and finally I ended up fixing it myself. The only reason I even purchased their products and services was due to the lifetime warranty and now they won't even honor that. Beware of this company!
