This was an excellent company to work with for remodeling a bathroom. Arnie priced it out for us and gave us an accurate projected start date. Mike, Matt, and Audi were on time, friendly, and professional (and great with dogs). They got the finer details of the bathroom done well (great job caulking, everything perfectly level). Plus they were careful about being clean when going in and out of the house, so that was much appreciated. This is the kind of result you hope to get when hiring professionals, so they have my recommendation for sure.

I felt comfortable with Arni Roeland from the get-go. Our 90 year old bathroom needed a complete renovation, and I had spoken with a half dozen contractors before Arni came to my house. I had been given a wide range of estimates, both in cost and time, but I hadn't felt comfortable with any of them. Arni spoke convincingly about the Luxury Bath product he sells.

He was able to show me samples, and took the time to plan out the project with me. The cost was definitely on the high end, but the product and workmanship are excellent. It took a few months for the tub and paneling to arrive, but the project was complete in under 7 days. The job was not without problems (90 year old plumbing!) but the team, led by Adi, was patient and flexible. I appreciate their attention to details (the caulking is beautiful), and they tried to honor every request I had. This is a great company to work with.

Wow! What can we say? We were thrilled with Arnie's service and expertise. From the first meeting, Arnie was honest, helpful, and listened to what we wanted. He made a house call after working hours for a consultation, which was how we knew he was dedicated to his business. The installation went very smoothly and took less than a week. Arnie responded quickly to my request for bathroom repair, we had a leak and I was worried of mold and damages. I explained our problem and what we could afford. He worked with me to make the best of my situation and gave me a time-frame on when to expect products arrival. His techs arrived timely, and non-stopped till work was done. I was fortunate to find Roeland Home Improvers for my bathroom upgrade. After residing in my house for the past 38 years, with a small master bathroom that was last updated 25 years ago, it was due for another update. My goal was to get the most out of the small space and be more senior friendly. Arnie and Beth Roeland were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

They provided guidance in selecting the basic bathroom elements and the accessories. They were honest concerning scheduling, pricing, and what to expect overall due to ongoing pandemic and the material supply difficulties. The demolition/installation crew was efficient, friendly, hard working, providing daily cleanup, and keeping the daily disruption to a minimum. We investigated several contractors before selecting Roeland and we are thrilled with our choice. Arnie was responsive and cared about our wants and he was the only contractor honest enough to tell us that we did not have sufficient space for a double vanity, a nice shower and a tub. He was absolutely right. His staff was professional, polite, clean and respectful.

We were prepared to have construction dirt but the workers were amazingly tidy. When one of the workers was ill we got a text at 5:00 am from Arnie and then Audie himself called to make sure we knew he was sick and would not be coming. Living in a town house we were concerned about construction debris but everything was taken away and the workers even swept the sidewalk! The overall experience was incredible. I cannot say enough about this company or the owners. This is the second job I have trusted them with and as always A+ work. The owner is kind, honest and responsible and will always go the extra mile to make sure you are happy with the work done. The guys who completed my job were respectful and hard working. The office staff is responsive and always calls back if you need.

I had done a roofing job with them several years back and the job was fantastic so naturally when I needed a bathroom remodel I called them up. The job is gorgeous and I'm so excited for my low maintenance shower.

I met with Arne to explore how to create a dream bathroom on a budget. I had met with other contractors and they were expensive and provided no real avenues for creative ways to design in a dime. I was skeptical at first, but I liked that Roeland was willing to work with me. Arne brainstormed ways we could bring in custom design like using glass mosaic tile detailing but save on flooring for example.

On Reno day! Adi, Matt and Kyle showed up on time and we're pleasant and very courteous. They got right to work and I am not kidding, they had my entire bathroom gutted and everything installed in THREE days! Adi was ingenious problem solving not just how to install, but how to improve on the installation to give me more room in the floor plan. Without moving plumbing, saving me money, he arranged the tub to go further into a wall to make more space between the toilet and tub.

Then he and the team also were able to transform my deteriorating slanting ceiling above the tub into what feels like another foot of ceiling height. It looks amazing. They left my house clean. Kyle gave me a beautiful bathroom warming gift with instructions on how to keep my new shower sparkling. Matt dished out a good deal of smiles. This company is terrific!

Our bathroom has been in need of renovation for some time. We've had Roeland Home Improvers complete projects on our house for more than two decades; so when we finally decided to remodel our bathroom, we did not hesitate to call Arnie Roeland. When Arnie came to our house, my wife and I discussed what we wanted changed. We were originally told this might take up to a week to complete.

My wife and I wanted to be at home during the renovation. As work progressed, the installers asked us questions to ensure the work was being completed to meet our expectations. Arnie's people are very professional, courteous, and hard workers who kept the areas where they worked very clean at the end of each day. They installed a Luxury Bath which looks just like tile.

In fact, after the work was completed, I had friends look at the finished project and ask, is that tile? I told them, it's not tile, but it sure looks like tile. Well, after only two days, the work was completed. When my wife saw the new bathroom, she was all smiles. Arnie will tell you that this is not an easy feat to accomplish. She had a picture in her mind of the end result, and to meet that picture, you really have to go above and beyond.

I can comfortably say our expectations were exceeded. If asked, I would highly recommend anyone interested in a new bathroom to give Arnie Roeland a call and discuss remodeling their bathroom using Luxury Bath. We are very glad we did.
