Precision Door Service

My garage door wouldn't close. I called precision and had 2 technicians on site a couple hours later. Glen C. And his coworker were both very polite, professional and quick! Glen provided me with options for my broken door. I was informed that the door appears to be original (possibly over 40 years) and in great condition. The main issue was the pulleys, springs and rollers which were hanging down and loose.

My motor which is approximately 20 years old is still working fine as well. I decided to go with the 5 year contract which covers new pulleys, springs and rollers. Job was done in approximately an hour, no mess and he even programmed my new door openers. The best part was that I wasn't pressured into anything and it was solely my decision. Very pleased with the results, definitely 5 !

Absolutely recommend! From the moment of first contact to day of install - today - we had a very pleasant experience with Precision. They are courteous, knowledgeable and efficient - so much so that our door actually came 2 months ahead of schedule and it looks great! What an upgrade to our home. Stacey was fantastic, patient and knew exactly what we were looking for. Monica was very polite as well. I wasn't home when the crew came to install but my husband said Tim was great too. I cannot say enough good about Precision overhead garage doors because when I made the appointment the receptionist was super nice and set up a time for me that was convenient and quick. Then I was kept in contact with precision on where they were and how long they were going to be before they got to my home. Ryan was perfect. Very professional, very nice and easy to talk with when he was explaining everything that he was going to do and what it would cost.

He was such a joy to have him work on my garage door and I cannot tell you how happy I am with the finished product. It is so quiet when opening or closing, the motor has the backup battery and the light is amazing. Ryan explained in detail what everything was on the new garage door opener that he installed and the new keypad. When he was finished he made sure that all my questions were answered.

Kevin our technician arrived on time, accessed the problem, thoroughly explained what options we had available to us. It was convenient that he had the materials available in his truck and efficiently installed a new belt drive and opener, with camera, LED lighting with battery back-up in. We're thrilled!

Precision Overhead Garage Door Service is the BEST! My garage door safety cable, pulley and spring gave out yesterday. Precision was able to schedule an appt for next day morning. Technician (Brian H) called ahead of time to let me know when he was coming. Precision also sent a link so you could track where your technician was. Brian gave me a detailed run down of several options and patiently answered my questions about pros and cons. He was not pushing the most expensive option and gave his honest opinion about what needed to get done. He finished his work within the promised time, showed me everything he did. Great customer service experience! I called at 10am and my problem was resolved by 3pm that afternoon. I was kept informed when my technician would be arriving. I received a phone call confirming arrival time. My technician John Delpiu was great. He diagnosed the problem, presented options, we agreed on how to proceed, I was given a written estimate, I approved, and the problem was solved 30 minutes later. The documentation I received was detailed and very informative. I highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Service.

John was a fantastic technician who we would highly recommend to anyone. He was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond. We're repeat customers of Precision Door Service - they replaced/installed our garage doors back in 2015 and after a sensor died yesterday, John replaced both of our garage door openers during this visit. Gedas Bruce did the work over at my house and did a great job. He's client friendly and gives recommendations for you to have the best lifetime out of your garage door opener. He works fast and efficient and tests everything to make sure everything runs properly. He walked me through what it was that he was working on and made me understand what he was doing. I had a great experience with Precision when they replaced all the garage door openers at my house. My four year old son wanted to watch some of the work and Chris K. was great to him, answering all of his questions and explaining what he was doing throughout the process. Despite the audience, Chris did great work and I would recommend this company. They followed up by sending some swag to my son including a Precision winter cap. Great experience.

First time using Precision Overhead Service. The tech, Sean, arrived promptly on time and immediately assessed the problem. He explained everything thoroughly and offered us solutions for the problem. He wasn't a salesman dressed as a technician so I didn't feel pressure to purchase new products or upgrades. Once I made my decision, he quickly completed his repairs and was on his way. Great service. Very pleased.

Brian gave me all options for my aging garage door system. I chose to replace motor and all components and it works like a dream. Can't believe how smooth and silent it is compared to last system. Very happy with install. I was not pressured to replace, I just didn't want to pay for a repair that would extend aged system maybe a year. Thought Brian was very nice and professional.

GARAGE DOOR REPLACEMENT The overall experience with Precision has been outstanding. Beginning with the initial visit by the Door Designer, Stacey C. It was a very professional and detailed review of the current layout. Stacey was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with all aspects of the options and selection of the new garage door. The new door was installed 11/24/21 by Faber V. and his assistant.

They did an excellent job from start to finish. Very detailed oriented and organized. Faber explained the complete process in advance and during the installation process. Upon completion of the installation Faber took the time to review and confirm I was satisfied with everything. Also impressed with their meticulous cleanup. I have had many experiences with contractors over the years and Precision is definitely then best.
