Mary, in the office, gives EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Very fair pricing and the Techs and Installers are very knowledgeable and work neatly and efficiently. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My family has used Lombardy doors for two decades. Phil promptly came to our residence to diagnose the issue on the same day and fixed our door during the holiday weekend. We have yet to experience anything other than stellar service from them!

I think Lambardy is under appreciated. My previous house owner use them and I ask them to repair. They are on time and very honest. I moved to a new location. I find their number and call them again. The same great service. They also give me a quote, which is cheaper than others. I do not write review often but too many over price garage door companies, boosted by google ranking. It makes this type of tranditional company, Lambardy, not found easily online. I am here to boost this company. They deserve five star rating.

I needed to have one my garage doors repaired. I left a message during Memorial Day weekend (2020). Someone called me at 8am that Tuesday and scheduled a same day appointment. They sent someone around noon to asses and by 6pm or so everything was fixed. I needed a pulley replacement but they pointed out some other minor issues I had. There was no pressure from them and I opted to add the missing safety components on my other door. Prices were reasonable. I highly recommend you use them for your garage door needs.

Neglected to take responsibility for damage and people should look elsewhere. The owner takes no pride in his work and I pray if this is a family business, it should not be passed down to his own.

I have had a horrible experience thus far. I was referred to this company by a friend of mine who has his own construction company. When I first called a man answered, almost like it bothered him to take a call. He said he would have someone call me back, this never happened. At this point, I should've known not to even give them a second chance, but I did.

I called back the lady who answered was nice, but she asked for my availability and said she would call back to confirm, of course I never received a call and the rep show up unannounced and of course I was not home. I did have someone open the gate so that he can go and measure the grave door which I'm looking to replace. 3 days go by and no call or nothing, I had to call them to see if they even had a quote prepared and the lady said I would get an email from the rep.

Of course I have yet to receive anything. This place truly sucks! Follow up sucks. I decided to go with Sears, very profesional on time with appointment and scheduling. I would recommend anyone to do the same

5 star service. They've done numerous repairs and service work for my company. I've also utilized them for new installs. Repeatedly have shown that they are by far the best company our company has ever utilized.

Very bad experience, not at all responsible company, called couple times for garage door repair, whe never you call ttee office, a young lady answers the phone and take your number and that's it! You will never receive any call. YOU NEED ANY TYPE OF REPAIRS DO NOT CALL THIS FACILITY. WASTE OF TIME!
