We are new homeowners who noticed a leak in our roof above our garage. Our neighbors were having a full roof replacement done and we saw all the trucks outside so we decided to call to see if we could have our roof assessed and get an estimate for the leak repair. The senior estimator and inspector came over from our neighbor's house the very next day, examined our roof, and determined that roofing caulk would sufficiently address our issue. He then made the repair right then and there. Super fast, personable, and honest. We'll be calling them again when we need roofing services in the future.

We have used this company several times over the last 5 years or so. The projects have included replacement of a door, replacement of gutters and downspouts as well as a roofing and siding repair. They have always been professional, made sure their work is of good quality and that we are satisfied. I will continue to use them in the future, and definitely recommend them.

Really great! I've used these folks for.estimates and for checking my roof and have now contacted the. For siding work. With each interaction, they're courteous, responsive and congenial. They take a lot of pride in their work and with ensuring the customer is satisfied. I give this company a 5-star rating for service and professionalism. Hired them to do a roof and gutter replacement for a home I bought before I moved into it. I woke up one morning with a series of texts and calls from Doug the roofer angry that another contractor's dumpster was in my driveway (which I had told the office it was going to be there as an FYI). One text said "this is a major deviation in the scope of work" and he was indicating I'd be charged extra for the other dumpster there.

I called the office staff and talked to Annette. I clearly stated that I'd rather reschedule the roof replacement than be charged penalty fees; she said she would talk to Doug. A few hours later, I emailed Annette to see what was happening. No response. I called the mainline and talked to Carrie who said the work was completed but she didn't know about pricing or the extra fees from the other dumpster.

That was the end of communication for that day. A couple days later, I went to the property to see the old gutters and downspouts--what?!? I thought the work was done?!?! I emailed Annette who explained there would be a second day of work in the future. I told her via email that the other dumpster was still going to be there and, again, I'd rather reschedule the work then pay additional fees.

No reply. A day or so later, someone called and left a voicemail saying the workers were coming the next day. I called back and left a message reiterating that I'd like to pause the work and not have to pay penalty fees. I did get a missed call the next morning but no voicemail and no email. Frustrated, I emailed the company's President and complained about my experience.

It was only after that point that someone called and told me there was no additional penalty pricing, that other dumpster situation was worked out. My warning to others is that this company is very difficult to get a straight answer from, they have you running in circles until you email the president. Hire them at your risk.

Marshall Roofing is excellent! Matt was great at explaining everything that would be done during my roofing project. He was very thorough with answering all my questions and provided a detailed estimate. The work crew was a great as well. They made sure to take their time to provide quality work and had the roof replacement complete within two days. Matt came out to verify the quality of the workmanship and while he was here he fixed a piece of loose siding for me. I was extremely grateful for that. I recommend them and would use them again.

We hired Marshall Roofing to complete our roofing replacement project. Everyone from John Campbell (the Estimator), the office staff and the crew that installed our new roof were responsive to our questions and needs throughout the process. John came out to our residence and answered all of our preliminary questions. The presented contract proposal was itemized and very easy to understand.

We had to get HOA approval for our shingle style and color. John and the office staff were patient with us while we waited to receive approval. Once we were scheduled, the project was completed on time. We are very happy with our new roof and we highly recommend Marshall Roofing.

Marshall installed a new roof on our house this month, and the crew was just fantastic.the job was done in two days, and the care of our property and the cleanup with simply awesome and blew us away. Marshall Roofing replaced the roof on our detached garage, installing a skylight in the process as well. They did the job in one day, were extremely professional and cleaned up every bit of debris. We had used them to replace a flat roof on our house a few years before and knew they were good. Both projects were very reasonably priced, and Matt Marshall was a pleasure to deal with and very responsive to questions along the way. I can't recommend them highly enough.

We have called on Marshall roofing for a number of years at a recommendation of another company. They are always honest and reliable. This last time they repaired a piece of gutter that fell off the roof - they were able to fix and the final cost came in below the estimate. I also have had them check when other service people said we need things done to the roof. They have always been very honest about what really needs to be done. Highly recommend.
