I called Overhead Door this morning because my 20 year old door was binding and pulled the bracket off. They sent out Derrick this afternoon who was prompt, polite and clearly an expert. He fixed our door quickly, performed long overdue maintenance and educated me on how this particular opener functioned and trouble signs to look for in the future. Pros like Derrick are rare these days and Overhead Door is lucky to have him.

I was able to schedule the install of my garage opener the same day I called for an estimate. Technician (Derrick) showed up on time and contacted me prior to arrival. Installation was clean and professional and Derrick ensured I was satisfied with the install prior to departing. Best experience I have had with any service provider in I can't tell you how long! Thank you, Derrick! Eleto Smith from Overhead Door came out and replaced 2 garage door openers and we could not be happier with our choice of Overhead Door and Mr Eleto Smith. Every step of the process was handled by competent, professional yet personable service. Mr. Smith was spectacularly patient with me as I fumbled thru some of the tech on my phone. He did not leave until every question was answered and a run thru completed (several times!). We really LOVE the new openers. price competitive and fair.

Derek came out and absolutely went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect, he really treated our door like his own. He was friendly, professional, and cleaned up a mess the previous owner had left us with. Will definitely use this company again when it's time for some more maintenance, but as it stands now, I think we're gonna be good for a while!

Outstanding! Requested appointment Sunday night via website to repair a garage door with a broken spring system. The technician was scheduled by Monday morning to provide service later that day. Technician Derrick called to notify me when he would arrive and he arrived within the timeframe he promised. Derrick was very professional, very knowledgeable and very competent.
He informed me what needed to be replaced and why, and how the system works. He also had the necessary parts on his truck to fix the problem. Once done, he gave me some helpful tips on keeping the system properly maintained. Overall, great value and service! I highly recommend Technician Derrick from Overhead Door Company. Thanks!

Derrick was very knowledgeable and immediately knew several problems I didn't know I had from the original builder install, and fixed those. Then saved me from a new garage door replacement by using a reinforcement bar. Once that was fixed he solved the main problem the opener was shot, so he installed a new opener with new drive shaft frame, adjusted the springs, and made an additional cosmetic repair, everything in just a few hours and gave me a great discount plus military discount, saving us vital funds for an expense not in our monthly budget.
I could not have asked for a better repair tech than Derrick! Highly recommend Overhead Garage Door Co. of Fredericksburg; this was the second repair they did for me, a couple of years ago the spring broke and both of these repairs they responded to very quickly and professionally. Thanks for keeping my 20 yr old home garage door operational and saving money in the process!

Great company! Our garage door spring broke and my car was literally trapped in the garage. Overhead Door Company of Fredericksburg sent someone out within 2 hours of my call. If you have Garage Door issues, no need to look any futrther. This company sent a friendly, on-time technician to my home and he provided quick, affordable service. Derrick was my tech today and he took time to explain just what repairs he had completed and then handed me a bill for less than HALF of what I was expecting. Nobody wants to deal with a broken garage door, so I first tried to fix it myself to no avail. Derrick showed up with special tools and techniques to complete in about an hour what I took all day to STILL not be ble to fix for myself. These guys are the experts. Call them if you need a Garage Door Repair, you won't be disappointed.
