I recently had them come out to do a replacement and install of a new opener and they have been absolutely fantastic to work with. They were quick and responsive. I had an issue shortly after install where one of the openers malfunctioned. They came out and fixed everything right away. I wish every company I did business was this pleasant! Highly recommend

Hartland is a 5 Star company and they deserve it! Job well done! Will use this company again. I have already given out their name and number to others. Chad, the owner, is respectful and good at his job. On Thanksgiving my garage door opener and rails came down from the ceiling on top of my car. Next morning (Good friday) I went online to look for companies with 5 Stars and called Hartland. Chad came in-between appointments that very morning. He fixed the problem including straightening out the rails and made sure everything was working properly. Thank you.

Over Thanksgiving our 20 year old garage opener broke. The team at Hartland Overhead Door were out quickly to assess. They then did the install of a new opener with-in days. The new opener is remarkably quiet, the LED lights are bright and actually functional as a garage light. Smooth scheduling of assessment, easy install (no scraps and mess left behind), and works better than expected. All thanks to a sticker left by the door opener on the wall from the last time they were here. I'd recommend Hartland Overhead Door to all my family and friends.

They are taking care of the overhead doors at my business. One day, when one of their technicians was doing work at our business I ask him if they do residential doors as well. He said yes. I scheduled an appointment for my home and they came out promptly. The work performed was excellent and quick. The price was fair, and the technician very friendly. Recently, one of the springs broke on my garage door. I wanted to support a local business, so I called Hartland Overhead Door on Saturday morning. They walked me through the pricing and said they would be out on Monday. I came home from work on Monday to find my garage door fixed! It has never sounded better or moved so smoothly, even when new! Extremely satisfied with the customer service and technician that did the job. A++++ They will get our business in the future.

I called Hartland Overhead Door to replace two garage door openers in our residential home. Kris was professional and knowledgeable about their products. Also, she did a great job of setting my expectations. The installer was professional, on-time and answered all of my questions. The product is fantastic.
