I had them come to my house for a quote. I told them "Okay, let's go ahead and do it" over a month later with no response they tell me it was my fault they hadn't proceeded and that they just wanted me to email them my credit card info. I told them I'd like a more professional way to submit my credit card. And now it's been two weeks again with no response after me stating that. Really unprofessional service. Def gonna find a new company, I'd suggest you look elsewhere.

Needed some replacement mirror glass cut and they had it ready for me the same day.

I called them at 3AM in the middle of a snowstorm with an emergency board up, 45 minutes later my problem was solved for a super reasonable price. I called them today, 9PM, also snowy conditions, for a different emergency situation (commercial door not closing), and they were there in 20 minutes, problem solved, not expensive. Reception is extremely prompt and accommodating.

Ignore the bad reviews - this is the go-to for any retail/commercial need. They didn't take advantage of my desperate situation and so it seems that they make their money on repeat business. I will be calling them again.

It's a shame because I saw they had 4 stars but I give them 0. I called to inquire about getting an antique frame a new piece cut since the old one was broken. The lady on the phone was exasperated and annoyed she even had to take the call. She was rude and interrupted me without hearing or answering my questions. She supposedly took my information down to have the service department call me for an appointment.

It's been over a week, no call. I'm not going to waste my time or money to even drive there or call again. Horrible impression and I don't wanna do business with them. I'm going elsewhere.

These guys came in and hacked up our door while replacing a few clouded frame and then left after they pointed to the section of the receipt that stated they are not responsible for anything. The door actually looked better before they came. Find another company if you are looking for quality work.

I ordered a large mirror from out of state. The gentleman was so helpful and accepted my order on faith (no credit card required). When I came to Colorado to pick up the mirror I was told that it was such a small piece there would be no charge. It was right before Thanksgiving so I am very grateful that there are wonderful folks around who conduct honest old fashioned business. We visit family in area and will certainly recommend EAP Glass to all who will listened. My daughter also a wonderful experience with this business.

They did an estimate for a cracked window and did the installation in a timely and professional manner. Even helped me install some hail-damaged moulding that I had to get direct from Anderson.

This guy tried to run me over in traffic, driving along Colfax. Not sure anyone should trust a contractor that drives around like Mad Max, looking to hurt people.

This company is very unprofessional, i called for service to fix our lock that was not latching, so we were having to jimmy the door to stay closed once we left for the day. They said they would have someone call me to schedule an appt, i never heard from anyone and never received a message or anything, we fixed the door ourselves cause we needed to, 3 days later someone just showed up at our door to fix the door, i told them we already fixed it and he told me to sign a paper but we WOULD NOT be charged for the visit of nothing, a few days later i got a call from EAP asking for money since it was MY fault that i didnt cancel, I DIDNT have an appt. to cancel, they never called me. They kept fighting me on it for 65.00, never took the blame or owned up to anything. WE WILL NEVER CALL EAP GLASS EVER AGAIN, I WILL GLADLY PAY DOUBLE AT ANOTHER COMPANY!

These guys were great, fixing a broken closet mirror with no notice in just a couple of hours for a reasonable price. Would gladly recommend to friends.
