This company is amazing, and they have been from my first call. I wish every company operated like Coverwell. Their service has been top notch and the product is very high quality. The estimator that came out was on time and courteous. The installers were also right on time and very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The office staff is extremely kind. We recently had coverwell install two large covers over our window wells. We needed something that would fit irregular size openings. I personally have walked on top of the cover (185lbs) without any issues. The covers do have give to them when you walk on them which was explained by installer, but not enough to break or fall in. Everyone we worked with was very professional and answered any of our questions.

Our Company manages 150 + Residential leases in the Denver area. We contacted 3 window well covering services for 2 properties in June of this year. The other 2 didn't return phone calls for 2 days. Jo Anna with Coverwell jumped right on our phone call. She was professional. She set up an appt to measure the window wells at both properties, gave us a very fair installed price, had the wells custom made and installed them on the day they were supposed to. Wonderful service. We will be using them a lot from here on.

The crew over at Coverwell is efficient, reliable and provides excellent customer service. Just had a cover installed on a large window well that a competitor didn't seem interested in doing. I filled out the online form, received a call the next day with a time the estimator would be at my house (same day). He came, measured, and emailed me a quote within a few minutes. I agreed to have the work done and they completed it within a week. I wish more home improvement companies operated this efficiently. I was highly impressed!

Coverwell installed covers on all of my basement windows. I absolutely love them. My windows are above ground level so they look like mini greenhouses. My room mates told me this morning that the basement seems warmer and not as drafty which makes me very happy. Also, they can leave the windows open in the summer and I do not have to worry about my sprinkler system getting the basement wet. Wish I had done this many years ago! Easiest home improvement project. I emailed them got an estimate, scheduled time for measuring, waited for installation, and got them installed. Probably took about 10 minutes of MY time total. I didn't even have to be home for measuring or installation. They look great and fit great. I feel much safer with the peace of mind that our house is more secure.
