Andresen Overhead Door

Tried to order a door through Anderson, Grant quoted me one price and then changed it twice after I already paid deposit which was half. Ended up going through Midwest Overhead door in Cape Girardeau and got the same door for over $2000.00 cheaper. I would never use Anderson again.

All around awesome first experience from the initial contact to the service call. When I replace my existing door, I will 100% use Anderson.

I was backing out of my garage and somehow the door was lowering at the same time and I did not see it. Knocked the bottom rollers off the tracks and out of their holders and bent the lower panel horribly. This was a Wednesday. They called later that evening and told us they would be at our home between 8 and 8:15 am the next day. 8:10 the gentleman drove up, repaired the problem, adjusted the chain and spring on the door and was gone by 9:00. Can't beat that service. THANK YOU!

Just spoke with Grant on a general inquiry, their hours list they close at 5pm, and most places would be rushed to get off to close, but Grant displayed patience, very attentive to questions and completely informative. I hate that I'm out of their service area but would come highly recommended if I were.
