The company was founded in Connecticut in 1953 as a manufacturer of premium quality aluminum storm windows, storm doors and related exterior building products.Our products are manufactured at our state of the art manufacturing facility located on 23 acres in East Windsor, Connecticut. We ship from the Hudson Valley and Westchester Counties in New York up through New England.
In 1982, MEI began manufacturing vinyl replacement and new construction windows. Today, we continue to expand our diverse product line of replacement and new construction windows, including Thermo-VyneTM , AdvantageTM and HarmonyTM Series Windows, as well as custom vinyl fence and railing products.
In addition, we are a leading New England wholesale distributor of such well-known building product brands as Therma-Tru doors, Masonite doors, Trimline windows, National Nail storm doors as well as RMC and Novik Vinyl Siding.

Now you write this response, thinking the responses are automated as you STILL have not reached out to me directly! LOL My screen? Why should I have to go fetch it? NO, I won't do that, it was removed from my home and should be delivered back to my home, THAT'S the RIGHT thing to do :-,,.Still waiting on that call from your Rep Brian, I was told by Russell Meyersen would call to resolve several issues I have with a 13 window install in October.
That was 12/29/2021. And yes, I am still missing that screen! Very poor quality over all. Damaged insulation as pictured. Hair between the panes of glass, gross! Chaulking stuffed into a defect! Poor quality can not discribe these windows enough, ,.

Honestly the worst built windows I've ever seen. Buy off the shelf at a box store before ordering from here. Custom sashes don't fit the frames. HUGE air gaps. Custom casement is full of stripped screws with no structure behind the vinyl. Hinges pulled them right out. The windows have to be pushed closed from the outside. Less than 12 months since install and 4 or 5 windows are inoperable and needed to be replaced. Sales rep will get back to you if and when he gets around to it. Expect to have to leave your job early if you need a follow up inspection. They don't don't work past 5pm.

Wonderful windows! I renovated my house and used these windows in two locations. In my kitchen I replaced two old odd shaped windows with one- three panel big window - and it is great. Opens easily and fit perfectly. I also put one in a shower in the bathroom. This one has the shade inside the two glasses (since it's inside the shower). works beautifully and fit great with the tile and existing opening.! Wished I could do my whole house with these great windows.
