The inside of our garage prohibits many systems from fitting as is, but when Jim from Northside Garage Door came out, he figured out how to make their MasterLift work. The other two big name garage door companies that came out only offered high priced "buy a whole new system" options. Jim is a problem solver, a man of integrity and doesn't suggest expensive options as your only hope. He obviously has done this for a long time. His prices were very reasonable and I highly recommend him.

You rarely find this level of professionalism and attention to detail these days. From the very first phone call to the garage repair, everything was handled quickly, honestly, and correctly. Not only did they repair the damaged door but they serviced the other garage door (without me asking) as part of their standard service charge. Before they left they made sure both doors were in perfect working order, finding and fixing things that had not been originally installed the correct way. I highly recommend this company!

They treated me right when I needed a spring emergently a couple years ago for my old garage door. I decided to give them my business when it was time for a new door. Excellent pricing, clean install, and great customer service. Had an issue where the incorrect windows were ordered, they had the correct ones quickly and installed in no time. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Northside Garage Door Systems, Inc- Noblesville was great. They came out right away while the other company I called said they didn't have the parts and blamed covid as their excuse for not having it. I didn't know much about garage doors and when they came out to repair, they took the time to educate me what the problem was and also did small touch ups on the border of the garage door as well. The quality was there for the cost. I am bookmarking this company for any future projects or hiccups I have in the future. Highly recommend.

My garage door spring broke. Not surprised. We use the garage as our main way into the house. So I called after hours. I was expecting to get voicemail, but got a live person. He took my information, said because of the snowstorm they may not be able to get it fixed the next day, but would try. Got a call in the morning saying that a repairman would arrive between 12-2. He was in and out in less than 30 minutes. SUPER SERVICE. Highly recommend Northside Garage Door!

I called Northside due to a broken spring. When the tech came out he seemed very friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me a quote to replace the spring as well as a quote to get a new garage door considering that my garage still had the original door from 1976. We ended up replacing the door and it looks great! Their pricing is very competitive and the customer service is outstanding!
